I have done business with the company and was satisfied until I ordered brother HL-7860DW printer. The title didn't clearly say it was re-furbished so I assumed it was new. However a verification email prompted me to ask the question and I was told it is refurbished. I did find the wording in a fine print at the bottom of overview. The order was cancelled promptly and that's why a 4 star rating.

You can't go wrong and save money as well!

The toner cartridge I ordered came quickly and was as described from the web site. The only issue is the packaging was a bit messed up from the shipping process, but the cartridge itself was not damaged because it was wrapped a great deal in bubble wrap. I would definitely buy from them again as long as they keep their prices competitive.

They don't deliver to P.O. Boxes for whatever reason, and this may delay the order, so provide a street address for delivery when placing the order.
