We got our items faster then expected with no mistakes. To add on top of that a customer service rep called and made sure that the ink is what we wanted. Never had a company care so much even after your order is placed. Will be ordering from them again in the future.

Pricegrabber found A Matter of Fax for the best price by far for an HP toner we almost paid $80 for! With free standard shipping and such a low price, $28, I expected the order processing/shipping to take weeks but turnaround was about a week from order to delivery.

The product I purchased was the cheapest I could find, it was exactly what I needed, and the shipping time was reasonable. I will do business with them again.

This is my second order from them. They checked my history and called to make sure I ordered the right product. Got my order out and to me in good time. Prices are good, service is even better. Delivery was better than expected with a product that works to my expectations.

I highly recommend A Matter of Fax. The product was delivered well within the time indicated and was perfect....exactly what we ordered. As a matter of fact, not only was the price lower, but the fax toner worked better than the cartridges we had been ordering direct from our office machine dealer.

I had originally ordered an older model that their website showed was in stock. It was a refurbished fax machine exactly like the one we were currently using in our office. They called me within 24 hours of my order to notify me that it was no longer in stock. They offered me several alternative options and we quickly had the new order on it's way. Well done!

I ordered an ink cartridge but shipping charges that were not readily apparent were more expensive than the ink itself. Thankfully they responded immediately and issued a credit when I complained. Then they shipped the regular size instead of the large capacity I ordered, but immediately shipped the right one when I notified them, and told me to keep the other one for the bother. With customer service like that, I'll keep shopping here and recommend them to friends.

My lamp went out on my TV, and I called and ordered a new part Saturday, May 31st. I also paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, as this is the main TV in my house. I received 2 emails Monday. The first said my order was processed, the second said they had questions regarding my order. Today is June 9th, 10 days later. I have made 7 phone calls, and 3 emails, ALL with no response. I cannot get anyone there to answer a phone. I HAVE tried every option, and I still do not have my part. Do not use this company!!!!
