While I was gratified their customer service advised me I had ordered one genuine HP product and one remanufactured product, and I was happy to be able to switch to both items being genuine HP before the order was paid for/shipped---the prices I ended up with were MUCH higher than another company I've been using. The only reason I switched to AMOF was that I thought I was going to get a better price. Oh well....can't win them all, I suppose!

Purchase good & product good.

I was disappointed that instead of just emailing me to ask to fill in a review, A Matter of Fax called first to ask if I was happy before I was offered the option of being emailed a review request. This makes me think that if my experience wasn't good I wouldn't have any option to review and these reviews are very biased.

I ordered a replacement DLP lamp from these guys and recieved a call from them to inform me that I was ordering a model of lesser quality (brightness) than the original lamp. They helped me ensure I was getting what I was expecting. I am happy with the replacement lamp and would definately recommend their services to anybody.

Having never placed an order for toner online, I had some reservations about ordering options for my Konica Bizhub 20. I initially ordered a more generic brand, but decided I wanted to change that to the actual brand. I left a voicemail and was called back within 1-business day where someone went through and explained what my options were. I placed the order and was expecting shipping to take several business days. The toner arrived 2-business days later with no additional shipping charge. Overall, a great experience and I couldn't be happier with the product.

I ordered a new drum for a Brother Laser Printer. The price was the best I had found on the Internet. We received it in 4 days. The entire process was swift from beginning to end.
