I use to shop at amatteroffax. they have low prices but never return your phone calls. If you need something cheap I would suggest them. But if you need help...good luck...your on your own.
I ordered a multifunction brother machine, I called with questions including to make sure it was a new one. I was told it was new and so I placed my order. I received an e-mail next day asking if I ordered 2 machines, I responded that I only wanted one. I called to see if they received it they said they did and that the order was being processed and that I would receive a tracking # that day. For two days after this call I kept calling and the person who answered would say he had to transfer me wher I would get a voicemail and no call back. three days later my office called for tracking and they said they hadn't processed our order yet as it was recently placed. Well hardly two hours later the same machine was delivered to the office, with no return address. Worst of all it WAS USED>
Three calls after that I got upset and I was reassured that a link was sent to my e-mail how to return it, the link never arrived!!! I called again and was told they sent it again no link and they acted surprised that I wanted a new machine as they don't carry them.
Now I have a used machine at the same price of the new one, my CC was charged 491 dollars, no information on how o return it and worst of all they didn't even think my ordered was processed yet!!!!!
I have my own business and this is the worst experience I have ever had, dishonest company with poorest service if u can even consider that a service at all.

Their web site says I have no refund pending but it remains on my bill. Poor business practice to bill before shipment then hold money for a number of days before refunding.
THE WORST company ever! I ordered a printer that took 4 weeks to get even though it was "in stock" and then they sent me a used printer. This company is a complete shame Oh and they charged me $40.00 for expedited shipping SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
I checked out the reviews for the the company before choosing to trust them and all seemed great...I should have searched the DLP lamp customer reviews...I attempted to purchase a lamp for my Toshiba DLP....I received a call back with the BAIT and SWITCH tactic that they were not selling this lamp anymore due to quality issues....no surprise that Pinchas could offer me an upgrade to a Philips lamp for an additional $40......i agreed....on the agreement that the lamp would be shipped immediately...as the new price was similar to what i could get here...he agreed. They cancelled the original order, then he reordered the same lamp for $40 more....i printed off the cancelled order invioce and the new order invoice...exactly the same part # just $40 more...without the upgrade...and the shipped lamp is likely refurbished...as stated by another rep named Lucy....she said that i had not requested a Philips bulb upgrade in the order.....When transfered to Pinchas i was left to rot on hold..until i gave up. I told Lucy that i would dispute the charge with Mastercard...done! When i received the tracking number and clicked the Fedex link it was invalid....i called and talked to Christina who said that it went USPS as Fedex did not ship up here....I live in Canada...and my brother was a Fedex employee for 15 years....up here no less!!! I orginally placed the order on the 19 of November and the UPGRADED?? lamp on the 23rd of November and finally got it on the 8th of December...The lamp i received is not a sealed bulb....they only advertise sealed bulbs on their site....it is open but has a strip of glass over the centre...like a microscope slide....it will only work on high power...which means the lamp life would be great!!! I got back half the shipping charges so far as i paid courier and got postal....they were even trying to rip me off on the shipping!!! Horrible dealings...lies...fraudsters...I need to add that the lamp i originally tried to purchase is still active and the price is fluctuating...when i inquired about why they are still actively advertising a lamp that i was told by Pinchas had too high a failure rating...almost 10%....which is tooooo high for them to continue carrying, i was told that they were trying to get it off the site....strange...but here it is...today..reduced from the $103 it was on the 23rd of Nov...To which Lucy later told me when i asked this again....they adjust the price based on customer demand....so they are not trying to remove this from the site...they lowering the price to draw in customers with this lamp....to then upgrade you and send you a cheape (possibly even refurbished) one than you originally tried to buy...."OK you caught us"..."but its not OUR fault...you got the wrong lamp"...so if you like you can start the exchange process....it's easy"!!!....Now thats accountability....As you can also see that the last six month rating is almost a point lower than their historical rating....

Does not stock items listed for sale. Told me they were shipping the day I inquired about my order 6 days after ordered. Next day they said it was being shipped that day. So a week after ordering I got an e-mail saying it was back ordered and did I want to cancel the order?
Tried their online 3rd party Horrible site to cancel and it said the order was not cancellable.
Finally got through to talk to Joe on the phone and hopefully got the order cancelled. I will sure be watching my credit card company to make sure it was cancelled.
After all the time and run-around, I would definately NOT Reccommend this Company to anyone. What a headache!
This company is deceptive in its practices. Its website showed a "brand new" printer drum and cheap shipping (along with a good price). The product arrived a few days later but shipped was a re-manufactured unit and a refilled toner cartridge, which I didn't order.
I've been trying to get this problem resolved for weeks. I finally turned the problem over to AMEX to help me out. They are withholding payment until I get a refund. I finally did get an RMA and will return the product shortly - but what a mess. Customer service is awful. Expect to get the runaround.

Amatteroffax has got to be one of worst companies doing business online to this day. While they did fulfill on online order, it was returned under a 90 day warranty. They have the product for which I paid (based upon UPS tracking) and I can not get any information regarding the RMA. They do not respond to any contact made by a customer on their “Customer Relationship Management” site, and they do not answer the one phone number they publish as “sales.” This is the worst customer service company online. You can get whatever you want elsewhere, and to avoid headaches, do not use amatterofax.com!
I placed my order over a week ago, I still have not received any tracking information. Only 2 emails one received 4 days ago and one 4 hours ago... Both stating "A tracking number will be emailed to you shortly" I don't have a tracking number, the customer service link on their website redirects to a third party "Customer Service" company... I have sent inquiries to that company and to amatteroffax.com and neither one of them has sent me back anything with any amount of real information. If there is a delay, or the item is backordered or just lost in their warehouse... It would be great if someone would please let me know.
I had a return and it took them 2 weeks to send out the link that must be used to get a RMA. Everyday I would call and someone would tell me they were sending it, but it never came through. Finally I would not get off the phone until the girl sent it while I waited, and strangely enough that one came right through?!?
This companies customer service was absolutely unacceptable! I was trying to explain the situation and the rep was yelling over top of me. I could not get a word in. She then cursed and hung up the phone.
Horrible, Horrible company. I will be telling everyone I know!!
