Scam Artist! Buyer Beware. They Bait and Switch you and then send you a filthy noisy ready to die printer! Between Jonathan who tries to act sweet and cute and flirty on the phone even trying to meet you for coffee and Barbara who I'm guessing is his wingman who tries to placate you. This place is a GIANT SCAM!. They get their refurbished laser printer from a Blind Center in Vegas that fixes them which makes sense why the machine was filthy. I called and complained and got the runaround. Finally agreed to replace it and gave me BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER. I called and they told me it was delivered. When I became persistent Jonathan said " Sorry Barbara must have given you the wrong numbers" when asked for correct one he couldn't find them. They are CON ARTIST! Tried to swindle me in to a cheaper model on hand without a reduction in price. Still have not had the promised "call back" and its been months. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! RUN!

This company had a printer listed for sale on their website as in stock, ready to ship. I placed my order, gave our credit card info, and got my order confirmation email. A few days later I get a call from a rep at the company telling me that they don't actually have that printer in stock currently. He tries to sell me a "Class A" refurbished unit that he could "work with me on" for an additional $335. Or he could send me a printer at the price I paid that didn't have a drawer. I told him I wanted what I placed an order for which was a fully functional and intact refurbished unit at the price I paid. He said I would have to wait about 2 weeks before he would have more of those. I marked my calendar. At 5:30pm on the 13th day from our phone conversation I get an automated email from this company saying that my order had been cancelled. So I call and speak to the rep I talked to. He says "his computer is down but he'll look into and call me back". No call back. This company is waste of time. Shop anywhere else.

It is not easy to find the reports printer we need for our stores since it is discontinued but they had plenty available. It was a great price and works great once installed in our store. I'll be back if we ever need another one! The printer was packed securely so feel good about ordering from them!

I ordered an HP printer for my company. A gentleman called and asked a few questions concerning how we were going to use it. He pointed out that a model one step up would probably be better for us. I am thankful they look the time to go the extra mile to make a customer happy.

Printers, Copiers and More did call me back so I have to retract my last review and upgrade them to 4 stars. My IT people have trouble shooted the problem to an IP address issue and the problem has been resolved.

Ordered three refurbished printers and received three used units in bubble wrap in a single box. The invoiced price was also higher than what was on the order confirmation.
