Better support than Canon.
My Canon printer failed within its guarantee period, but Canon were unable to supply the part required for it. Fortunately, I was able to find the item required from this company, which delivered the items required within a few days. Far better service than the manufacturer!

Very helpful when I enquired about how to fit one of the kits, put the instructions online straight away, and on a Sunday.
I've now bought the kit, and it works a treat. £45 is quite a lot for a couple of pieces of plastic, but if it stops the printer misfeeding it will be well worth it.
