Process was simple and I was guided through the most difficult part, the gpx upload to give me a fantastically finished and professional looking product for a friends 40th birthday gift.

I had some problems configuring the map via internet, but I asked via whatsapp and they solve it quickly and with a very very nice attention.

Great product, adequate delivery time, good service

I did a cross-continent bike ride and I wanted a 3D print of the route. They were very helpful in the process of chosing the appropriate size and color and the custumization process was outstanding. They made sure that the piece would represent exactly what I was looking for. However, the shipping was 2 weeks late despite a 3 weeks heads-up before delivery date. Also the poster showing the ground underneath the piece is not of the best quality.

Overall satisfied because the piece is over 1 meter long and 30 cm high so it creates an amazing piece on my shelf.

Jake worked his magic and managed to deliver exactly what we wanted at short notice over the busy Christmas period. We were guided on backgrounds and colours so it's well worth asking if you're unsure of anything. The large 3D print was great and the recipient was delighted.

The piece was delivered with a frame but no glass, and broken. For shipping something as fragile think they could have added some packing material to support the print. Also for how much I spent on this I am the care should have been taken. Maybe cheaper to buy a 3-D printer and do it myself.

Edit: their customer service and response time is great, and they do provide information quickly and accurately.

The product is great but someone "thoughtfully" included a bag of candies and secured said candies by taping them to the map. The result is a ripped and torn map. I do hate to be critical but I was really looking forward to sharing a very cool gift with a friend and now I am a little too embarrassed to do so.

Great communication and end product. Recipient was super pleased with it. Fully recommend these guys.

All great with the exception that I did not receive any updates as the order email suggested there would be an the items were delivered before the email conformation that they had been dispatched was sent out.

Can't believe the high level of customer service. WhatsApp updates and support all the way through to ordering. This is how business should be done. Thanks!

Jake was an absolute star from start to finish! The first print that was sent was not quite the colour it was described as online - Jake quickly rectified this, even colour matching to a colour I sent him. He sent out two different options for me to choose between. Prints are amazing and can’t wait to give to my husband for Christmas! Can not recommend enough 😊

Having completed extensive google searching PrintMyRoute came out on top and certainly didn't disappoint with the end product. Excellent customer service, wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone and i will be back for sure.
