Overall, I'd say the automated part of the ordering/confirmation experience was a little vague and not super consumer friendly -- but the responsive, personalized customer service and finished product make me give Print My Route five stars.

The Deets:
My husband found Print My Route a year ago, and I decided to surprise him with one this past Christmas. I chose my route from Strava, and the integration worked well. I easily selected the route and other features like the color and size. I will say it was a little difficult to know exactly what the print was going to look like. The preview feature was a little wonky; it was a 3d model that zoomed in unexpected ways and was kind of exhausting to use on mobile.

I placed the order and got a confirmation email, but it didn't indicate when I should expect to receive the order. I reached out to the help email asking when to expect to receive it, and I received an answer the same day from Jake.

Jake, in the same email chain, corresponded frequently about my order. He let me know that an add-on I wanted (an engraving into the side of the print) wouldn't fit on my tight, winding route. I recommended that in the future they offer a plaque attachment as an alternative to an engraving for routes like mine.

I received the order a few weeks later, securely packaged and looking really awesome. Then to my total surprise, they had added a plaque to my print like I suggested! This was really great and I was so happy that they made an innovation in the product just for me.

I loved gifting the print. My husband was so surprised. When you show it to people, they're fascinated by the detail. I've talked it up to other bike enthusiasts, and they love the idea.

So overall: great product, still developing ordering/confirmation process, fantastic customer service.

Item shipped promptly and exactly as described.

Excellent customer service before and after as wasn't sure what to order so he gave me details of difference between each of the products, then I needed to combine multiple strava routes to make one and he did that for me then sent back. Original item was slightly wrong but sent replacement without any delay or query. Would definitely recommend and use again. A unique gift!

The 3D print of the route looks very cool. It was a present for my father and had exactly the impact I hoped it would have.

I can only recommend to find your favorite ride/route and let it be printed.

Contact from the company was great and delivery was ok but the product was very poor. It had some sort of serial number printed on it which wasn't wanted. The quality was very rough to feel, not smooth. I also paid for wrapping which was terrible quality.

Amazing service and super cool product.
I ordered the product on a Sunday and I was on the pressure with the delivery because I wanted to give this as present. The guys from printmyroute immediately replied although it was the weekend, printed the route, and on Monday morning the package was already shipped. I'm really amazed about the empathy and how cool they are. And I got my package on time.
The product looks really cool and professional.

Great product bought for a Christmas gift. Helpful when replying to emails especially when I fluffed up the ordering process.

Brilliant communication - never known a company reply so quickly! And great being able to do it on everyday texting ap. Super quick delivery also - I want everything yesterday and this lived up to my inpatient standards 🤣. I ordered something a little different - I saw someone ordered the journey from their old home to their new one so I had similar. Made an excellent Christmas gift. Cheers guys

Great concept, but web site ordering was painful and fullfilment was slow.
