Great idea and great product and would happily use the service again.

Anything to improve? A couple of small things - I really like the preview feature and this works great with the GPX I uploaded, but I then needed to enter the plaque text a second time when I 'created' the order. It'd be ideal if this was passed through. It would also be good if it were a little clearer that the site was still using the uploaded GPX file - as I'd had to enter the plaque text a second time, I did wonder whether the route had been kept...

The other tiny one, which might be tough to implement, is that it's difficult to get a gauge on how tall the final route profile will come out. I know there's a scaling factor, but might be it be possible to have some way of converting, say, 1000m of ascent into a figure in mm on the model based on the chosen scaling factor - that way I'd know that my route of Ventoux would be, say, 2cm, or 5cm tall based on the 1500m of ascent, or so..?

A few days after placing my order, I decided to change the plaque inscription. This was not a problem for PrintMyRoute, who bent over backwards to generate the new one, and have the picture delivered in time for me to present it.

I was kept informed at all stages (whatsapp) and really appreciate the great customer service.
