I took a GLP one before I switched to…

I took a GLP one before I switched to priority meds. They would not let me start with a higher dose. I’ve gained 20 pounds and their products aren’t working. I’ve tried to call customer support and the doctor. I’ve gotten no responses if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I am 100% dissatisfied with priority meds.

Customer help is 0

I have tried calling and emailing numerous times. I received one email saying Iwould hear from you within 24 hours. Two weeks have passed, and I am still waiting. I just have a billing question, and the message link on the portal is inoperative.

Medication doesn't work. NO customer service.

I switched to Priority Meds from another company, several months ago, to save money, it was a huge mistake. I was losing weight, and experiencing some nausea with the medication from the other company, when I switched to Priority Meds, I had no appetite suppression or nausea, and started gaining weight. I have left several messages over the last several months and no one has responded.

I see why they required payment a year in advance, I would have quit the service after the first month. Once they have your money, they don't care if you have problems with the medication. It is dangerous when you are having issues with a medication and the doctors, and everyone else at Priority Meds, ignores you. Don't risk your health or money using Priority Meds.

I have previously left an honest review of the company and they removed the review.

Trying to get some help was a nightmare…

Trying to get some help was a nightmare and still is. I was never able to set up Portal sent many massage to talk to doctor nothing. They have my money and no help. I was off of it for a while because of cost and surgery looked for new company and went with them. Big mistake. They put me on lower dose, I never lost any and was up 8 pounds. Never talked to doctor only a tape recording. On hold now see if I get help.

This company is bad

This company is bad. Only company online that doesn’t have a pause or cancel button in their portal. They waited until they shipped their order to get back to me so I couldn’t get a refund. After I tried to cancel several times. They keep sending me emails to do the two minute survery so they can try it again. Awful people. Awful company.

I was told by customer service that my…

I was told by customer service that my order would be on hold TWICE but it was shipped anyway! It's really disappointing that no one listened or followed through. Now I am more than likely to have medication that will be ineffective that I paid a lot of money for.

I’ve been a customer this Sept. ‘25. I have been trying to resolve an issue since May, Saturday 16th w/o success. No return call no communication via their portal. Very dissatisfied with total LACK of customer service !! BBB maybe able to assist me.

Gene

Had to enter CC before continuing. When I got to the Medical form and cost, I decided to cancel. Informed PM by email and chat 4 times since there is no phone number available. No response or credit. Issued a fraud warning to my CC company. Sounds like a scam.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES & NO COMMUNICATION

Company has deceptive practices. They advertise all doses of tirzepatide and even tell people they provide up to 15mg. They got me to sign up after calling me and confirming the 15mg dosage but then prescribed 14mg. I declined to approve the order and requested them to cancel through their customer service chat and could not get an answer other then a response telling me someone would get back to me. It wasn’t until I sent a message through their customer service Doctor chat that I was advised the highest dose is 14mg. Immediately afterwards the rx that I REJECTED was sent to the pharmacy to be filled and the charge put through on my credit card. I called the phone number provided by the bank associated with the charge and explained that I was given incorrect info when I signed up and canceled the day before. I was assured that the rx would be canceled at the pharmacy and my issue would be escalated to the “cancel & refund” team which would get back to me in 24 hours. Not only did they not contact me by chat or phone, the order was not canceled and the rx shipped the following day. Meanwhile, I was still seeing ads on FB advertising incorrect info. I posted screenshots from chat and now it appears the company has blocked me from commenting. This is why you only see positive reviews.

I recived my 3 mo supply in a timely…

I recived my 3 mo supply in a timely manner. Since then I have messaged the chat doctor, no reply after several days. I have also messaged the chat customer service option with questions, no reply after several days. Your company's communication is very poor. This is not a fake review. There is not enough medication, tirzepatide, to cover the 2nd or 3rd months dosages. I am extremely frustated with your lack of communication! I feel ignored.

Terrible Customer service.

When I signed up in December 2025 they high pressured me into doing the yearly plan at over $1300. They sent my first shipment to the wrong address. That was corrected. I now how been on the meds for five months with no weight loss. I have asked for a call from the doctor with my concerns and I have yet to speak with a doctor. I have been on the same dose for five months. I have now asked to cancel my subscription because I can't get anyone to call me back. I have left several voicemails with AI and asked for escalation. Still no call and no refund.

Overall not too bad

Overall, the site isn’t too bad and I have experienced weight loss. This is the second company I’ve used for weight loss injections that I wouldn’t normally qualify for through my insurance. It’s more convenient than having to go in locally each month to free standing weight loss centers (I’ve done this too)and the process to get started is fairly straightforward, but I agree with others who mention issues with lack of communication. I ended up trying to cancel my most recent refill as prices have decreased on other sites, but was unable to get the online system to allow me to cancel and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of calling, which is probably what they want. I haven’t had any issues with delivery. One thing I don’t like that I’ve noticed with other companies as well is that each set of refills is coming from a different compounding pharmacy. There is a lack of consistency, which seems to be a necessary evil for those of us who are overweight but not obese enough to have the name brand covered by insurance. I won’t be renewing my next prescription.

Satisfied with the experience

I paid for. One year in advance starting in September 2025. Everything has gone well and I am impressed with their new packaging. I have lost 30 pounds and love my new body. I will be going on maintenance soon and I hope I get help figuring that out. It certainly is a “journey” . I am glad the pricing has gone down but since I paid in advance I can’t get that benefit.

ZERO communication

The medication works, BUT the communication sucks!! NO ONE calls you back, I have an issue that needs addressed by their doctor and I have heard crickets. I have talked to their customer service several times including their stupid AI assistant that is of no help. I referred 2 people to this company and now I feel bad that I did. I have already directed my other friend to a different company. The ONLY reason I gave them any stars is because the medication worked well.

No problem with medication deliveries

No problem with medication deliveries. I noticed that many people have stated their meds were warm and the ice packs did not work. I think they have to get larger ice packs and make sure the medication‘s are kept at least cool if not cold. Yes my medication‘s were warm. Hope they still work properly. I will start second order ,June 7th , I’m one mo.behind because started first order one mo.late .

Where to begin

Where to begin? First never had review with dr. Then first shipment took 6 weeks. Next, told them to hold second 1/2 as I was out of country…shipped anyway and medicine sat in the heat for five days. I have asked for replacement/refund five times. No response. No support at all. Scam company imo. Don’t waste your money.
