Always a positive experience
As always, all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Steph, who dealt with my wax was very proficient and thorough. As a result, I now have crystal clear hearing again!

Quick painless and professional procedure
I booked an appointment and received a friendly welcome from the receptionist who ensured that I was seen almost immediately. The professional consultant clearly explained the procedure for checking my ear canals and the suction process that would be used if necessary. The whole process was quick and painless and my ears are clear as evidenced by the captured photos and the wax removed. I’m not sure why I had put it off for so long.

I arrived early, although I had notified the clinic I might be late as my taxi had been delayed and I was seen straight away, in and out by the actual time of my appointment! I have been a number of times before and always been treated in a friendly and professional way. I would highly recommend the Wimborne Ear Clinic.
