A good solid and quiet dehumidifier.

When I bought the dehumidifier it arrived very quickly and was well packed. It worked as it should but after a couple of days it started being noisy,afterseveral attempts to quiet it down, which failed, I contacted Probreeze and I sent them a video of the dehumidifier making the noise. They asked ne to return the item,which I did and they sent a replacement immediately. The only concern I have with this model is extracting the tank when full which can be very hard to do for a handicapped person as you have to use both hands. A handle at the back of the tank would make it a lot easier to extract the tank, but overall the dehumidifier works well and I am surprised with the amount of water it extracts from the air during the day when no-one is in. Thank you to the staff who sorted out the problem with my original dehumidifier.

Security risks ahoy

In today's day and age why on earth would a dehumidifier need you to grant access to your phone's location, microphone and files.

Highly highly unethical and no way of turning off the constant pestering messages asking to grant these permissions every time I want set a timer in it.

So suspicious.

I can confirm the app does not track your location, listen via your microphone, or access personal files. These permissions are requested by Android/iOS as part of standard Wi-Fi device setup:

If you prefer not to grant these permissions, the dehumidifier can still be used fully via the controls on the unit itself, and permissions can be managed in your phone’s settings.

They are releasing a faulty product…

They are releasing a faulty product (Pro Breeze Smart 2500W 11 Fin Oil Filled Radiator with Digital Display and WiFi) and they don't want to honor the warranty, they demand lots of photos, videos and information, after many emails they finally acknowledged they received the product but they are in no hurry to refund it, don't buy from them.
EDIT.
After several emails, I finally received a response and a refund, but I am not satisfied with the course of this situation at ProBreeze and Amazon.

Unreliable product

I’m sharing my experience with Pro Breeze to help other consumers make informed decisions.
My dehumidifier developed a safety-related wiring fault during normal use shortly after the warranty expired. Pro Breeze advised that the unit should no longer be used.
However, I was then told that no repair service is available at all—not even a paid repair or authorised technician—and that my only option is to seek a third-party repair or dispose of the product.
I find it concerning that an electrical appliance designed to handle water becomes unsafe and effectively unsupported after 12 months, with no route to repair. This raises questions about product durability, sustainability, and customer confidence.
I’m not asking for unlimited warranty—just reasonable after-sales support for a safety issue. Unfortunately, this was not offered.

The probreeze oil filled radiator…

The probreeze oil filled radiator arrived on time..it had a full instruction manual which was clear and very helpful..l could not be more happy with my 25000 oil filled radiator..l had it on medium heat setting and boy it heated my medium/large bedroom within minutes..l kept checking my smart meter to see if it was using a lot of electricity..big bonus..it wasn't!!!..the dial hardly moved at all...my freezing poorly insulated bedroom was so warm and snug in about 10 minutes..l couldn't believe the difference..l kept the radiator on for about forty minutes then turned it off my bedroom remained warm for the rest of the evening with my heavy velvet curtains drawn against large bay window..l couldn't be happier with my probreeze oil filled radiator..and would thoroughly recommend this fantastic product to anyone thinking of buying it..
