I bought a dehumidifier direct from the company, they use Amazon delivery who as usual delivered it to a completely different address. The unit is sold with control via an app so that you can operate it remotely. However unlike the vast majority of other dehumidifiers it doesn't shut off when the drawer is full, and there is no indicator on the app for the water level. I originally thought this was the reason it left my floorboards soaking wet (not my intention when buying a dehumidifier). In fact the leaking starts before the drawer is full, and weirdly comes from the base beneath the drawer. That aside, the humidity measurement is permanently a firm 30 percentage points lower than the hygrometer in the room, and the temperature reading from it is sometimes 50, yes 50! degrees C higher. Customer service might be AI, I can't be sure, and there's never an email chain when they respond so good news if you like repeating yourself. Even if it wasn't leaking I think this is a poor design. No idea how it got a good Which review. With the 165 pounds I've wasted on this I could have bought enough mould remover to last decades. That would have been a more effective way to deal with the problem.

Kitchen scales
I bought their kitchen scales. They are particularly good because the display is angled so that you can still see the readout when you have a large object on top. Mine went wrong, although not within the one-year guarantee period, but the company sorted out the situation admirably.

Overall Good Experience
My delivery was delayed, probably due to the Yuletide rush, and arrived late for what I needed it for.
I returned it and had a bit of a time figuring out the refund process - wasn't clear in the order details, needed support to confirm.
Email support was slow, but Whatsapp was on point - fast response, helpful, and got my refund done instantly after sending in proof of postage.
Great customer service 👍.

I do not recommend this company, which never sent me my dehumidifier (Reference: Order PB-EU-094965) and does not respond to my follow-up messages. I lost £130. Strongly not recommended :(

Fabulous Customer Support
I had bought 2 mini dehumidifier just over a year ago. Had been using it regularly, and it was working fine and suddenly, it developed a fault which couldn't be repaired. Initially 1 unit, and then both, I recon it was something to do with batch number.
Disappointed I contacted Pro breeze & even though it was just out of warranty they kindly replaced both of them for me free of charge, which shows the dedication Pro Breeze have towards keeping their customers content.
Really appreciate Myra for great communication & assistance during the process, and solving the matter for me.

I contacted the customer service because the Pro Breeze unit I bought 9 months ago stopped working properly. The customer service team was great in trying to solve the issue, and promptly arranged for a new unit to be delivered to me. I just hope the new unit will last me a bit longer ..

One of the customer service agent myra took charge from start to finish. Initially on the email I wasnt havnt much look to explain , did via WhatsApp and she went an extra mile. Helped with the replacement of my product and made the whole process easier. Thank u for the help
First product delivered faulty
First product delivered faulty, but replacement quickly provided. Customer Care by the Support Team second to none.
Faulty Thermostat and no reply from customer service
Thermostat is out by 4-5 degrees the radiator was set to 15 degrees on eco, I placed 2 other digital thermostats that both read around 18 degrees but the radiator was heating the room up on full power because that read the temperature as 13 degrees. Contacted customer service, got email from the Bot next day, I replied sending video of issue and 3 emails later still no reply
Amazing customer service
We bought a dehumidifier about 14 months ago and for whatever reason it packed in so I contacted the customer service, really to get some advice on a repair. They were amazing, really helpful and professional then they informed me that they would replace the dehumidifier for me even though it was out of warranty. The new one arrived in 2 days too. I am amazed by how good they were and I cant recommend them highly enough.
Really nice unit
The customer service I received from Juliet was second to none! My issue was sorted straight away - thank you Juliet.
The unit itself is easy to wheel from one room to another. It heats up extremely quickly and retains the heat really well.
I use the app to operate it from work and have been setting it to come on an hour before I get home which means I come home to a lovely warm room. I can’t hear any noise coming from it, just a click when it turns on/off.

They assisted in great efforts to resolve an issue of the delivery service that was not properly delivered and Myra was very helpful and I had great communication with little delays which was very reassuring as a customer.
Works really well
Works really well, love the different settings - laundry, sleep etc. my windows are dry in the morning and my washing dries much faster. Could be a little loud for some but white noise doesn't bother me. Great product.

I bought the ProBreeze Osmo dehumidifier after reading lots of reviews online. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was easy to set up and works brilliantly with no electricity or batteries needed. I was so impressed that I now have 3, plus I bought one as a gift for someone else. They have made a huge difference to the condensation problem I had on my windows and within just 2 weeks have collected so much water. I can't recommend these enough! They are brilliant!
