Poor communication and reference requests submitted day before start date
My referee request was submitted on Friday, when I was due to start working Monday. I submitted all my information about 4 weeks before my start date and followed up multiple times with Procius. I received conflicting information, including being told that a reference was not required from a referee, before being told the contrary two days later.
I felt a lack of empathy with regards to the impact of this process on people trying to start employment/ pay their bills/ teams waiting for new starts.

Incredibly frustrating experience
Incredibly frustrating experience, had to reference as self employed and Josh said to me in an email he didn’t know how that works because he had never been self employed. Shocked at the lack of eduction on employment types from this process.
Emails were sent to me at exactly 18:00 every day when the office closed meaning I had to wait until the next day to get an answer about anything. Clearly intentional and automated as no one sends all their emails at exactly 18:00 every day
