Procius took over 2 months to send my checks to my new employer. I sent all my references to them straight away, and received no emails from them chasing any further details. The only reason I found out they hadn’t completed the checks is because my employer had extended my probation due to ‘outstanding pre-employment checks’. Communication is appalling.

Company more interested in getting your HMRC records (God knows why) than contacting your previous employers HR for references.... not even spoon-fed common sense works... I won't train them on how to dial a number and speak to people at HR to get a reference... Appalling and definitely to avoid. Careful with your data and your reputation in the their hands...

It was a fairly quick and easy application online. There is a great team to keep in touch for any enquiries via email. Would be quicker if it is done on a laptop or computer as my phone had a few hiccups but it was sorted out eventually at second trial.

It was a surprise to me. For one of my verification, it was enough to take a photo of my last contract from Polish company, without translation.

I can confirm Procius handled my references very efficiently. They were also actively available for support when needed.

Great Service overall, very friendly, prompt responses. Process takes roughly 3 weeks. It doesn’t update promptly, every step involves a few days to update status and move next. Just that personal reference limit to minimum 5 years is not suitable for everyone.

Good clear communication, prompt responses.
International DBS check takes longer than usual national check so I guess that’s why I waited for more than 4 weeks to get one.

Very difficult to obtain the correct level of DBS check required. Very concerned that others may not be checked sufficiently for the safety of others.
