What a completely useless company BUT it's never their fault apparently. If you need this type of thing done for your organisation and want potential employees to be on your side at the begining find another provider.

My experience with them was very positive. Great communication from day one and helpful be it phone. I was informed at every step and I could monitor the progress of my checks using the online account. It took ca. 1 month for my checks to complete.

The background and reference checks were seamless and carried out in a professional manner.

Very bad. Slow communication and no reply to my phone calls after a while. Refused to send my file over when they should have and have missed my start date because of it, AGAIN!

all about it is useless and how can they even make sure from UK t check staff in Spain... oh please.....

Awful, awful company that do the work the night before the deadline, despite having held the file for 6 months. I missed 2 start dates with my employer because of this. They didn’t care as they hung up on me rather than addressing my frustrations; zero customer service or improvement commitments.
I’ve handed in my notice for my current employer, but lost the start date at my new employer because of Procius. After 6 months having the file, they handed it in the night before my start date. But my employer had already revoked the contract offer.
Utterly shambolic, last-minute, panic when they realised my file was trickier than most and they hadn’t left themselves enough time to complete it.
They put me through 3 deadline dates (as they call it) over Christmas and New Year, asking for more and more signed documents- when one deadline passed they made up a new one. Then they completely failed to deliver on time to my new employer. I’m now in limbo, between jobs, and no apology from Procius.
If you get the choice, choose another service, not Procius.

I understand why companies ask for these checks. I found the process to be easy to complete and seamless from start to finish. Very impressed.
