They responded and came out very quickly but when it came to ordering the part and installing there was no communication. First appointment after the diagnosis was a no show no call. When I call they told me the part was back ordered. Same with the second week. The third week they were supposed to show up. Nothing as usual I called and they told me that there was a shipping error. Never going through them again.

Do not use this company. Water dispenser in refrigerator was not working. First tech did not show up. Second tech replaced water valve for $347. They tried to hire my company to do their Dryer Vent Cleanings. They wanted my personal information and social security number. They didn't even asked to see my technicians license, or how many years of experience we have. No, all they wanted was for me to sign up through their link and give them my personal info! This made me super suspicious and so I looked them up on Sunbiz, and I FOUND OUT that they are NOT registered with the state of Florida.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!
When I asked Arthur, the representative who was so persistent to get my info, he didn't even know what Sunbiz was! He said he would ask his supervisor and call me back, which he did. A few minutes later he called me back and said that they weren't registered with that website (Sunbiz is a government site for all business in Florida), and proceeded to send me a link where at the bottom of the page I would be able to see their Contractor number.
Citizens of Florida, please be aware that in order for any Legit Business to do business in the State of Florida one MUST BE REGISTERED WITH SUNBIZ. Sunbiz gives you an EIN number you ABSOLUTELY need to do your taxes every year. Even if you are an out of state company.
Citizens of Florida, please be AWARE, that any IDIOT now a days can create a webpage and make it look legit.

I recently used Front DoorPro’s refrigerator repair services for my freezer, which was not freezing. First call was scheduled for 27th and on September 5th still not fixed. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Punctuality Issues: The service technician was late for the original scheduled appointment. He returned two days later with the motherboard, but the refrigerator still wasn’t cooling. Despite being advised that the technician would return if the refrigerator wasn’t cooled within 24 hours, I had to call them just three hours after he left because nothing was running or cooling down.
Misdiagnosis and Delays: When the technician returned on Friday, he informed us that the issue was something different that he hadn’t checked during the initial visit. Due to the holiday weekend, the next available appointment was Tuesday. However, the technician did not show up on time, and I had to call them at 10:20 AM to find out the status. The appointment was then rescheduled to Wednesday, and again, no one showed up on time. This pattern continued, with the appointment being rescheduled multiple times, ultimately pushing it to the 12th.
Lack of Communication: Throughout this process, there was a severe lack of communication. Not once did the repairman show up on time, and I had to constantly follow up to get updates.
Financial and Service Dissatisfaction: Despite paying almost $500 for repairs and parts, my refrigerator is still not fixed. The technician’s knowledge and the company’s communication were severely lacking.
I would not recommend Front DoorPro to anyone due to their poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and inadequate repair services.

Beware
Beware! This company provides several service's, one is American Home Shield and they are a bunch of crooks! A simple fridge repair which didn’t happen because they have a bunch of inefficient and not even English proficient technicians; after charging the monthly fee of $59 dollars each month and $125 service fee, they make up and excuse not to have it repaired. Then I called to cancel and three months later they were charging me and no cancellation; I called again very upset and they kept pushing so they will continue charging me. Finally after me pushing back and demanding proof of cancellation, they sent me the proof charging me once more for the cancellation an additional $59.
I wonder how this people can continue cheating honest customers and screwing them from their money.
I give one star because I have no other option, but in reality, they deserve a minus five stars.

Frontdoor cancelled my appointment and no one told me!!!
I made an appointment with Frontdoor Pro Specialist for 8a-10a window. I was supposed to receive a text when the tech was on his way. At 9:45 I called Frontdoor to confirm only to be told the tech cancelled “something came up”! I had to call them to receive this info. I was asked if I wanted another tech to come out? No!!!!!!
Very poor service
Very poor service. Tried to install Moen flow and I scheduled 3 different appointments.
1st appointment: person came by and said I needed a shed for the Moen floe. I called another person and said it’s not needed. No one knows how to do it.
2nd appointment: cancelled because they realized that no one works on the weekends
3rd appointment: I requested for them to come at 5pm for a 3pm to 7pm window. They came at 4 when I specifically said no one will come.
On customer service call Jamie ghosted me 3 times. Hung up on me immediately.
Poor customer service. It has been 2 to 3 months and still cannot.

I recommended Frontdoor to a coworker and the appliance technician Jamie was able to help him diagnose the issue and told him what part to order. For $25/ year, this service is well worth it to NOT have a random repair guy walk into your house and throw parts at your appliance. You ultimate pay for all the wrong parts. I'd give them zero stars if I could. First the tech showed up to fix my ice maker that was reported to them as frozen up and needed to be defrosted before it was repaired. He showed up totally unprepared with nothing to defrost it with. He then told me it could be repaired with "insulation tape" and that would make the ice maker work again. He didn't have any tape with him so asked if I had any he could use. So since I didn't, he went to my local Walmart to pick some up while I defrosted my ice maker with a hair dryer, since that's all I had. He taped up the unit and left. To no surprise, it still isn't working. The company has offered to refund my money but not the $99 diagnostic fee. I would be happy to pay the diagnostic fee, if the issue had been diagnosed. My CC company will be involved next.
NIGHTMARE experience!
They have been nothing but a nightmare to work with. We had our fridge/freezer service and it was fixed but the technicians did an absolute terrible job and my refrigerator stopped working again several days later. Trying to resolve that issue to get someone out to look at it was a NIGHTMARE. I ended up hiring someone else after the tech never showed up and after the many many calls with them/terrible customer service. We have been on a loop of “we will get you an update” for a week now. Don’t hire them.

these people couldn't properly repair anything. they fixed my washer while I was out of town. they got paid. I was out of town and. ame back 45 days later. the machine didn't work. they said you get a 30 day warranty. I lost 350 for absolutely nothing. never use them.

This should be a negative 1 star. I made an appointment with front door pro for dishwasher repair. They looked underneath and said there was a leak but is dry as a bone and then said I need a new one. They were so worried about the payment of the fee being made. Then said they couldn’t install a new one and that I would have to get someone else. If you’re a technician who repairs dishwashers then how do you not know how to install. They are a rip off.
