I scheduled a repair appointment for today last night when I realized the food in my freezer had thawed out. I was scheduled for someone to come between 11-1pm today. They called at 12 and said they were overbooked and they could get someone here in 3 days. They could've called first thing in the morning. Now I'm without refrigeration and there are 8 people living here. This is laughable/crappy of them to do. I don't recomend this company, try a different company that's more reliable.
Terrible customer service all around.
Terrible company overall. Booked an appointment for 11am-1pm. Got a call at 12:50pm to say that the technician was running late. Was then told the technician would be there at 2pm. Then got another phone call saying it was going to be 2:30. Finally the technician showed up and didn’t have the stuff to fix my oven. Finally about 5pm my oven was fixed. Waited around 7 hours to get my oven fixed. When I called to express my displeasure in wasting my whole day I was passed around to several people that couldn’t do anything. Finally they offered $30 off an almost $400 repair bill. Nice to know that 7 hours of my day is only worth $30.
Save your money & avoid frustration
Our refrigerator stopped cooling. First visit of 4/22/2024 involved a check of our fridge and told we needed to replace the compressor at a cost of about $500. Within a few weeks, the fridge acted up again. Multiple appointments were made and cancelled on their end, hours into the time window given. This company has no regard for working people who must take the day off to be present for the appointment. They literally schedule their appointment without actually having a technician lined up. Each cancellation call was from different people with language barriers, lacked phone etiquette and customer service skills. Their reasons and timing were pathetic and unacceptable. One lady called to cancel very early on a Saturday morning (we had an 8 am appt) and she literally sounded like someone woke her up and told her to call and cancel the 8 am appointment because we can't find a tech. Surely they knew this on Friday before close of business! We scheduled and they canceled 3 times in one week. Finally, May 29th - appointment No. 2 was accomplished and we were sent the same tech as before. He was a nice guy but said he thought this time it might be the evaporator. After paying $500 the first time for what was supposed to be a compressor issue, having to buy another refrigerator for the garage, we had no desire to pay another $500 for this tech's uncertainty after a poor inspection of the fridge. We opted to spend a few thousand on a new one and be done with this company's lack of professionalism and employment of unqualified techs. Our tech said they simply assign a job to anyone willing to take it (third-party) so these guys are not loyal to this company and could care less about the customer or the company's reputation. If they don't want to show up, they simply don't. If they aren't knowledgeable enough to determine the problem, the customer is at the disadvantage because you now have to pay them just for showing up! I hate giving bad reviews but I want to spare hardworking consumers out there and if companies want good reviews, then they need to care more about their reputation and hire qualified people.
Disappointed, now ex-customer
I scheduled an appointment online and it was cancelled the day of. I was told to go online a schedule again. I scheduled another appointment a week later and this too was cancelled the day of and time that the appointment was scheduled for after I rushed home from work. The person that left the message advised me to schedule online again or find somebody else. This is so unprofessional and I will find someone else to give my money to, you better believe. I am so angry.

This company sent several text reminders of the appointment only to call at the last minute and say that they couldn't find anyone to do the job (dryer vent cleaning).
This is totally unacceptable.
Don't even bother dealing with them. Totally unprofessional. What a waste of time and effort.

Terrible and frustrating
Someone recommended this company, so I used them. The salesmen on the phone were super polite and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the repair guy was terrible. He called me a dozen times, repeatedly, even after I told him I was in a meeting. He was hard to understand on the phone. Two months later, the same device broke. I called the company again, thinking maybe their repair guy didn't fix the appliance correctly the first time. He said it wasn't his fault, but I specifically asked the company to send anyone BUT him. Guess who shows up at the house? Yep, the same terrible guy. This time, the salesmen/schedulers on the phone were super unorganized, all having a different story. It was a real hassle and I'll never use them again. Let's see how long the appliance lasts this time.

Ordered a part for our refrigerator. They said 1 week took 4 weeks. The day they Supposed to come. They didn’t show and inform us they didn’t order the part. Wow, this company sucks don’t use this company.
In March of 2024 my LG refrigerator was better before Front door pro.
In March of 2024 my LG refrigerator was not cold enough. The freezer was well below zero degrees, but the refrigerator wouldn't go below 45 degrees. I called front door pro and they sent a technician out. The technician opened the refrigerator door and informed me that my evaporator fan motor needed to be replaced. I asked him how did he know being that he did not remove a cover, push a button or utilize any tools. He literally just opened the door and spoke his diagnosis. He said that he had been doing this for a long time. So I Paid $216.94 and he ordered the evaporator fan motor. He came back about 3 weeks later and installed the evaporator fan motor. The freezer got hot well above 50 degrees and the refrigerator runs about 60 degrees. I called him and he said it takes about 24 hours for the temperature to get down and stable. After 2 days I called back and Front door pro sent him back out. This time he actually looked behind the unit and said, " You have a leak and I can't tell right off where it is, you are better off just buying another unit. Go to a used appliance store and get you another unit". Yes...thats what he said after $502.11. I complained and was told they would refund a portion of the $502.11 within the next 10 business days. Its been a month and no refund has been received. Before you use this company...look around or just go buy another unit.

Worst service ever. Had a technician come out to my house to give me a quote of $800 to fix my washer and still paid $85 fee for an incorrect diagnostic, This man also had his own company called R&M appliances and offer a washer for $350 and me stupid enough to buy it and didn’t make sure it was working properly before paying him.. Do not use R&M appliances this technician never tried to help me fix the washer I had already paid him for then never responded to my calls nor my text… I will also add this review on his web page R&M appliances.. this man never gave me his name but his picture is the one on his web page.
Horrible communication
Horrible communication. No direct contact with technician at all. First tech came and began fixing my dishwasher that I had broken glass bowl in. Thought he got it working, but broke down again on front of him. Still pd $99 fee thing nothing was fixed as I was assured this wood get deducted from final repair bill. Four days and 6 hours total wait time and company continually calls me to reschedule but never shows. Not happy.

Had a tech come out to "run a diagnostic" on my refrigerator. Opened the door for less than 5 seconds, then worked up a quote for over $600 for repair. I refused the repair for that exorbitant amount, but I was still charged $83 for the "diagnostic visit". Called Frontdoor to complain, and they are backing the tech saying he "ran a diagnostic". A 5-second look into a fridge does NOT constitute any meaningful test into finding out what's wrong. PLUS, FrontDoor wanted to charge a minimum of $234 just to touch the fridge. That is excluding the part and labor.

I had the worst experience with this…
I had the worst experience with this company! I hired them to do an advertised $99.00 dryer vent cleaning which turned into $180 when the guy got here. He also suggested a new vent which I paid for. I discovered that he had used duct tape to attach the vent instead of the included metal clips. Now the glue had disintegrated on the tape and air from the dryer escapes into my laundry room.
They refused to fix it because it was past their 30 day warranty and said I should have contacted them sooner even though the supposed "pro" installed it I correctly!
