Maintenance Checkup
This company provided a maintenance service only. The technician was polite and courteous. He quickly got to work and was able to do a checkup within about fifteen minutes. I don’t know what that entails, but I left it to him to do it. We had no issues with our system, and have not any since he was here. I’m assuming that, as he said, everything was good!!

Worst customer service. The man who took down my information had the wrong address and told me he corrected it when i brought it to his attention.. I gave him the exact SKU number of the filter i needed. He told me he made notes for the technician. When the technician arrived he told me he had the wrong address and no information about needing a water filter.

I had a repair scheduled for ice maker on April 11, 2024 for between 1:00 and 3:00 no response from the repair tech. A customer service representative gave me a call around 4:00 to follow up on the repair. There had been no response from the tech. I was understanding and scheduled another appointment for 11:00 to 1:00 on April 12, 2024. No response from the tech, I called customer service representative at 1:30 to follow up. She wasn't successful in making telephonic contact about 20 minutes later the tech called stating it would be 1 to 2 hours before they would arrive at my home. By this time I was very angry I have been waiting 7 hours at that time. A company's word is an important part of doing business however in this case it didn't matter. The company should have made sure I was the first one to received service on April 12th. If the company can't make sure the appointments are kept in a timely manner it is concerning about the knowledge of the tech. I am a senior citizen (73) and I grew up in a time when a company's word could be counted on. It is so sad to see that this is no longer an important part of doing business.

Technician never came back to do the installation requested. I needed them to install a gas dryer but was not provided with all of the parts from Lowes. I authorized Frontdoorpro to purchase the needed parts and get the installation done. The Technician never returned their call so I guess they don't want my business. No wonder their ratings are terrible.

Unreliable
Unreliable. Technician arrived within the 2 hour window for the first appointment on a Saturday. He was unable to do the repair because my built in double oven would need to be pulled out, which he was unable to do by himself, which is fair enough. He made a call to a co-worker and told me he'd be back with a helper the following Monday evening after 5 PM. I paid the $79 diagnostic fee.
They never came, never called. I called the company the next (Tuesday) morning. The person on the phone said he would contact the "Pro" and call me back, which he never did. I called again on Thursday and rescheduled the repair for the following Friday between 3 PM and 5 PM.
I called the company at 5:30 PM when the "Pro" hadn't come or called. The person on the phone put me on hold while he called the "Pro" to see what the status was. After a short hold the person came back on the phone and stated that he was unable to reach the "Pro". At that point I decided that I had no faith or trust that the "Pro" would ever show up or be able to reliably repair my oven even if he did, so I cancelled the repair. I requested a refund of the $79 which they refused. I'm disputing that charge with my credit card company.

I used them for the first time today to fix my toilet 🚽 and I was really impressed. They were there all the way step by step. They told me the parts to buy and I was able to fix my toilet. Thanks guys
