Spent a lot of money on a product that was meant to arrive within 5 days. Still waiting, but website does say shipping continues on 20th Feb. (I assume that is why I have error when I put in for tracking)
Would be nice to have some kind of information given to me for reasurance that its going to turn up..
I've given 1 star because I cannot contact produce shop or been given any information regarding delivery.

Had to cancel an order as they could not deliver within the time frame needed. Nearly impossible to get hold of anyone, no one answers emails and no phone contact number. Never recieved a refund, had to do a charge back on my credit card.

I placed an order for my son's birthday but after almost a month there was no delivery and it seemed impossible to get through to the company. The emails bounced back and their customer service and tracking system failed to recognise the order number. There doesn't seem to be any phone contact details for customer services.

Ordered a hot tub with a Feb 4th delivery date.4th came and went. Order number doesn't come up on their system. Tried 3 contact forms on their website and they all errored. No email address, no telephone number, Getting a bit worried now!

I wouldn't even give them a one. I ordered a bestway swimming pool on 17th January and had a delivery date of the 28th January. I have not received my order and the contact link isn't working and hasn't been working since tried to track my order on the 29th January. There are no numbers to phone anyone and when i have tried to cancel my order the link fails again. This cost me a lot of money and I will be taking this further if i do not have any contact soon. I will never use this company again

So since i have posted my last entry Produceshop contacted me through trust pilot and queried my review and insinuated I had reviewed the wrong company, which I replied I have reviewed the correct company. I was then asked to remove my review which I refused to do. I asked where my order was and why has it been so difficult to contact them, and indeed unless I had placed this review I would still not be able to contact them. The name of the customer care manager i am dealing with is Daniel and he hasn't given me a second name. He has been extremely avoidant of any questions and after several emails back and forth in which he still insisted I remove my review, they cancelled my order and said they would refund me when I remove my review from Trustpilot. That was over a week ago and I have still not received refund and I am not removing my review. I emailed them yesterday informing them my refund has not been received and Daniel emailed this morning asking if I had removed my review. There was no explanation about when I will receive it. I will now be taking this issue to the authorities if I do not receive my money within a the next 48hrs. I have saved all correspondence between myself and Daniel so I have evidence of everything that has occurred.
UPDATE: I received an email accusing me off being defamatory despite having the emails to prove anything that has been spoken about in correspondence. They still have not given me a refund despite not receiving goods and the order actually been cancelled. I have contacted my bank and they have given me a charge back and are now chasing up Produceshop for the money. I will be contacting WHICH about how this company works.

Can't track my order on their site as it wont't allow you to do so just keeps saying error the same happens when you try customer service enquiries ordered my goods in December and it's not been delivered I'm now starting to get very suspicious about this company if I don't get my Order I will be writing to trading standards UK&EU

Goods ordered in 25 October 2020. Given tracking details for 2 companies? The one I was checking, (as the other one wasn't being updated), stated goods were in transit. Contacted ProduceShop via email on 21 December 2020 having tried the other tracking link and apparently goods were delivered on 1 December 2020?? Produceshop advised by email on 23 December that they were surprised I hadn't received goods and they said they would check with courier. No reply. So I chased again by email on 12 January 2021. They said they would chase again. Still no reply, so I chased on 19 January 2021 and asked for a refund. They apologised and said they would contact me later that week to arrange a full refund. Again no contact received. So emailed again on 22 January 2021 and the time they said courier had proof of delivery?? Haven't produced anything since just keep asking me to wait! I have now demanded a refund and will contact my cardholder.
I appreciate that there is a pandemic going on, but I have obviously been lied to and they have lost the package. Need to improve their customer service and tracking. I will not be ordering again from this company.

I placed an order for a couch, now it has been over a month since my order and I still have not received the goods I paid for. Its appalling.
Firstly there's no telephone contact for these people. Secondly the only way is via email and a very disfunctional online enquiry system.
Every email I have sent, they just ask for more time to look into it and never deliver. I eventually have had to chase them up every single time due to lack of follow up communication. Absolutely unacceptable.
I would not, I REPEAT "NOT" recommend using these scammers at any cost.

Scam. Received a defect Tablet. Only willing to refund if i pay for the Retour packaging myself. Which would Cost about 130€ and is completely unreasonable. Custumer Service isnt answering my Messages anymore.

The things i bought never arrived, its says "deliverd" in shippment tracking....but i never got it. No contact number, no email,

Delivered promptly and in good condition. Nicely made and finished. Easy to fold up and down. Only negative, its very, very firm. Have just ordered a mattress topper to go on top, 30 cm too wide but better, hopefully will solve problem and make for a good night's sleep.

Still waiting for my order of 2 patio chairs that were ordered in November. No response to emails or from online customer services form - a phone number for customer services is essential in this day and age!
They have taken my money but sent nothing ! If anyone from the Company sees this review pls do something about your customer services as it is shocking! Just see the reviews for yourself!

Ordered a recliner chair for my Son's Christmas present, they took the money from my bank and then sent me an invoice. Chair never arrived and no Email or phone number to contact them, absolutely the worst experience of a company I've ever experienced!!!!
Will not use or recommend to anyone i will fight to get my hard earned money back....just please Avoid at all costs....total scammers 🤬🤬🤬

Avoid at all costs. It is impossible to get in contact with them. (Can even see on this site they tend to only respond to 5 star reviews).
My Xmas present is lost in transit somewhere, I have used their online support system (it will only let you leave one "ticket") and have yet to receive a response. As far as I can tell - it doesn't work.
The tracking company now states it has no tracking number for my order, and I cannot get in contact for a refund. Truly shocking service.

I ordered two items coming to over £300, and it has taken over a month to receive my items, but the main problem was the lack of information and communication. The link on the tracking website just says "Tracking was not found". I have tried the contact forms on the website, which, as far as I can tell don't actually do anything. I have tried every email I can find for the company, including the ones listed on trustpilot and on the company's PayPal account, and either get an automated "invalid address" reply else no response at all. The lack of communication was so bad that I initiated a PayPal refund request, which also got no response from the company.
However... the goods have eventually arrived: They are in good condition and appear to be very good quality.

My brand new chair has broken, the wood snapped on one of the legs. Am not over weight. Cannot get hold of them at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! Daylight robbery.

This is quite unbelievable - they have finally responded today saying they have been contacting me - WHICH THEY HAVE NOT - This just gets worse. I’ve had to pay to get an very nice company out to fix it which cost me almost as much as the chair!!!
