No problems... but...
Our experience was five star but I think we were a little lucky! I'll explain why. When we received an email for the company telling us not to sign for a damaged parcel it made us wary. Have there been difficulties with the courier service in the past? We ordered a "ghost chair", which could be a thing easily scratched in transit. I was amazed to see it come unprotected in a box twice its size. No internal packing material or bubble wrap was used. However the item was not marked in any way and we are delighted.
It could have so easily have been a different story.

Good Colourful Solar Christmas Laser Light Projector
Produceshopdesign sell the Supanova solar powered Christmas Laser Light projector. The product itself is good but the box contents were not complete. It should have (but didn't) contain some small pieces including a key for switching the projector on following transit. A plastic stake in the box couldn't be fixed to either the projector or the solar panel. According to the instructions discovered it did not belong to the box contents. Customer Service details lacked any phone contact number. The customer service list of email response options is too restrictive. The Guarantee seems worthless because there is no apparent way for customers to claim. Lacking the projector key, the projector back was unscrewed to switch it on. Thankfully, once re-assembled, the projector worked to provide a colourful display as advertised. Produceshopdesign could do better.

Chair purchase incomplete
This was my first purchase from this company and although I did recieve my product it was a couple of days later than I was told, it is Christmas and so could be expected. The real problem was when I assembled the product, it had two same right armchair wings, should have been one left one right. It then took me a look time to get through to the company and after the first response I've heard nothing since.

This company are scam artists. Beware!
This company are scam artists. I have been waiting for my product to be collected and my refund for nearly 2 months. I received a table, THE PACKAGE WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. It was signed for and and the table was snapped. I sent pictures, I have been in contact with Daniel Z who seems to be the only customer service person at the company and nothing has happened. I do not believe I will get a refund of this purchase now. Additionally, when they say you will get a package by a certain date, they don't mean it. I had another order from them just held (for weeks) with the courier because they needed my phone number!! No one contacted me to ask for it, I had to trawl the internet to find a number for them in order to hurry it along. I then ordered more chairs to match the ones I hurried along. Was told they would be here yesterday. Of course, I am still waiting.
I don't know why this company is still trading to be honest. It's a mess!!

Pleasantly surprised
Easy to order, arrived sooner than expected and the item was exactly what i expected.
I've been looking out for this kayak on eBay and Amazon for a couple of months and there were only a few sellers with stock but they were asking way too much (and still are). When i found this one from ProduceShop, i did some checking on the company and read some of the reviews (some that were less than flattering but to be fair, none were for this item). So, i took a chance and ordered and very pleased i did. Got what i wanted, fast and for the right price. Would recommend if you are looking for an Intex Excursion Pro inflatable kayak.

Very poor fault registering system.
Chair arrived punctually, but there was a split on one dowel, and some metal fixings extruding. On attempting the 'faulty goods return' page on their website it required 12 obigatory different photos of both packaging and the product fault to be completed before one could progress the fault. It appears designed to put off any attempt to register faults.

Impossible to contact if a problem
Ordered a bed. Missing some parts. Some parts dirty. Some parts with screw holes missing. Online contact form didn’t work for me. No email or phone number listed except one for privacy. No reply to email. Tried contacting via Instagram. Still no reply so far. Avoid avoid avoid. Will ask credit card company for a refund soon if no reply.

I bought a chair which was described as…
I bought a chair which was described as having ‘soft padding’, it was not padded at all, as hard as a wooden chair. When I asked to return it I was told I would have to pay for postage to Italy which is over £100. I hadn’t known it came from Italy until I received the delivery details. No apology from company. Very disappointed.

I adore my armchair. I'm ot great at spatial relations! It is the confident furniture I own, and absolutely beautiful. Waiting to find similar sofa now. Will order from them again.
