Received in good time considering kayak came from Italy to UK during Covid lockdown. I can't comment on the kayak itself yet (Intex Excursion Pro K2) because I haven't tested it, but all the parts were there and it inflated easily.

Rubbish product, arrived broken. Would never use again, attempted to contact company via complaints dept. As the packaging was intact on arrival and Produce shop claim the product had been through 2 x quality checks prior to courier pick up they say they are not responsible. The components on the inside of the main stem were in bits, I do not believe this happened in transit!

I made 2 orders at ProduceShop more than one month ago, one order damage, the other one not arrived, the shipping company said the goods never send out. I sent them many emails to ask for, until now still no updated news. Due to the time, I don't need the furniture anymore, so I just ask for a refund, but still no reply.

These are very nice bar stools which look attractive and are comfortable to sit on. They were easy to assemble however I have only given them 3 stars because one seat cushion had a dent in it and the other had bumps under the fabric on the back which spoilt the appearance. They are also not that easy to make go up and down but this may be due to my low weight.

You might as well give me the money. You have a higher chance of getting your sofa ! At first my sofa was lost , the next day I've been told it's gonna be delivered by 12, obviously it never came. Now I've been told it was too big to have it delivered, and nobody knows where it is . But the sofa charge was not too big for you to take from my bank account ? There is no email or phone number to contact them . Tracking numbers ain't working. My phone calls to the couriers office are being dropped off! I'll open PayPal case on them

Produce shop contacted me by email, A Daniel who is customer service manager??. does not like my tone or description of his company, demands i remove my reviews & send him photo's if i want help or put up with my problems. Claims (wrongly) a Giuseppe had always been available to assist me. only reply i got from them was of their late delivery contact. it stated (wrongly)they tried to deliver to me on 8/9/20 it also stated i would have to contact the carrier to arrange re delivery. So I had to trawl the web to find a UK depot for the German company that was doing the delivery, i managed to find it they apologised for not re delivering, but the lorry turned back & did not enter my street due to parked vehicles they arranged delivery for 11/9/20. via a smaller 7 1/2 tonne truck this happened, Sadly bike was damaged although the packing was not, this started my problems as produce shop insist on photo's of the part, not possible as its internal "the pedal axle" is inside the bottom bracket, removing it required special tools & would anyway invalidate any guarantee with no contact details for phone or email or postal address could do nothing, Produce shop have already tried to remove my reviews once should they try again i have saved copied of their emails & my replies, which i can forward to Trustpilot. I have been in touch with the bike manufacturers who have been superb & sent me faulty part replacement & more free of charge service so unlike produce shop. Once again avoid produce shop.

Recieved a desk yesterday. This was due on 16th September but only arrived on 28th. I unpacked the desk today and noticed there were no fixtures and fitting to assemble the desk. I went on the website contact the company and filled in the form to request the spares are sent but the website was asking for pictures (of a missing item!!) and also pictures of proof of the item was meant to be with the package (which I did). I tried to do this several times, with all mandatory fields entered and theb 'I am not a robot' captcha filled in correctly but the website kept saying error. The is no telephone number to call, despite the site saying there is a customer service department.
I'm now left with 4 very expensive pieces of wood. Disapoinitng first experience of the company.

I had read all the bad reviews and thought that it cannot be that bad - well it is. Our patio set arrived today, in the confirmation email it said to check, so the delivery guy waited, one box was damaged and I said that i need to write damaged box in the signature but he said you do not sign I complete all that. He assured me that he would put that the box was damaged. I then opened the apparently un-damaged box that contained the table. It was shrink wrapped no damage. I took this off and the table was broken underneath. I immediately tried to log this but got a message that because the box was intact I had to take this up with the courier, i completed the form with about 12 photos twice - as i was not sure it was doing anything. I cannot contact them in anyway, so frustrating. I tried the help line who referred me to contact page which gets you no where. If i do not get a reply shortly I will contact my credit card to try to get refund

Faulty item, no proper contact or resolution after 2 weeks. Bought as a present, arrived faulty, the email they do read they just tell me to fill in a form, I did-2 weeks ago. Paid over the odds for the item as did'nt want a cheap one and regret ever considering this hapless lot. LATE NEWS...after posting this produceshop are in touch with me first thing the following morning!Not to fix the problem oh no, but to get more info re. this review; the only thing on their minds is to sell, as other reviews say on here absolutely no interest in fixing the broken rubbish they send out. I am sure covid 19 has become an excuse for many as well as a tragedy for so many more, it doesnt seem to effect selling and picking holes in reviews here but it has effected aftersales-well wadda you know!
UPDATE: coming up to a month later and nothing from produceshop in the way of contacting me about the fault or fixing it, however they have made another attempt to take down my review by challenging if I am a real customer; it seems lots of effort from them to silence me ahilst doing nothing about fixing tthe faulty item they supplied.
FURTHER UPDATE: as of today 8/11/2020 there has been no contact from this company to remedy the faulty goods sold me!!!!!
I write on 15 june 2021 as the company have just made the below reply to my review-6 MONTHS LATER! unbelievably they have not contacted me or attempted to remedy the fault in the last 7 MONTHS but only seem concerned about trapping more unsuspecting customers by writing this misleading reply.

The Girafacile parasol I ordered arrived with the top ring of the lower pole cracked and taped over with GiraFacile tape. That and the red blob on the shaft suggest it was despatched from the maker as a known faulty or damaged item, although the Produce Shop website did not mention that sale items might be less than perfect. I consider this misrepresentation by omission. There was also a small split in the fabric of the top inner side of the carrying case.
I completed Produce Shop's overcomplicated online complaint procedure (including reducing the photos to the required 500mb size) and received the reply that the photos were too small to see the faults (untrue)!! I was requested to resend the photos, but they must have known this was impossible as the Support email is 'no reply' and the website does not allow more than one submission per order.
Having received an ‘Invalid Request’ response when I tried to resubmit the photos via their website, three days later I did, surprisingly, receive a response providing an email address to which the photos could be sent. However since then Produce Shop has prevaricated about packaging photos and completely ignored the important points about the split being mended with maker’s tape and the red blob used by suppliers to signify imperfect products. They even requested the removal of my review and told TrustPilot that they didn’t think I had a “genuine buying experience”, though they knew very well that I provided the order no on my complaint correspondence with them which would tally with their own records.

I ordered a UV beach umbrella, knowing we would need it in less than 2 weeks. After a week I contacted ManoMano who were extremely helpful and pro-active and I was truly amazed when it arrived two days later. It is a brilliant product and kept babies safe and cool on a hot beach. Thank you so much!

Expensive and poor quality product aligned with unsatisfactory customer service. Handled detached and seam split on carry bag during first use. Company procedure followed when registering complaint, including numerous photographs. However no response received after 3 weeks. The product is both overpriced and not fit for purpose.

I am extremely disappointed with this order which appeared to be non exitant from the start.
Ebay advertises as 2-3 days .... appreciated covid 19 causes delays but had not received any responses to tracking or phone calls . Furthermore delays without communication even after the estimated date.
very embarassed as item was for grandsons birthday and the disappointment all round especially for a family birthday party
