Customer service is non existent. Was advised delivery would be Friday 31st July. Nothing arrived. Emailed Saturday 1st August and Monday 3rd to chase up but have heard nothing at all.

Terrible experience and this seller is fraudulently selling items as genuine, listing genuine makes and models but sending out much cheaper replacements. A seller not to be trusted and a completely useless after sales service. All all round horrible buying experience.

I was expecting delivery on my chair on Monday, stayed at home all day, didn't receive any notification to let me know there was a delay, there's no contact telephone number or online chat facility which is very frustrating and poor for an online only company!
I would be able to give this a proper rating if I had received it and was able to comment properly, hence the one star.

After a very long wait and complete radio silence from both company and courier, my item did eventually turn up. I purchased a DEBORAH sofa bed on the 11th July. Shipping showed it appearing in the UK on the 15th and I heard nothing until it dropped onto my doorstep on the 30th July! DB Schenker, the couriers are at fault here, not the Produce Shop, but a lack of communication from them, doesn’t help matters. The bed is great though, so if you’re willing to wait, it seems you will get a good product in the end.

Made an order for four x BISTROT Stackable Rattan Garden Indoor Chairs By Grand Soleil on 14-07-20 (website looks great) and was told five working days.
Today is 23 July 20 and there has been absolutely no positive communication from this company. Paid an extra fee for tracking - the only information I gathered from this is that my chairs were going to be sent FROM ITALY!!
Along with the order, a flash deal of an UMBRELLA was available. This item arrived on it's own today and no sign of the chairs.
Is there a telephone number to call to speak to anyone? NOPE - what does that tell you??
This company's Customer Service is DIABOLICAL and please do not use, Use MANO MANO if you want anything - Should have used this company for the chairs and not just the cushions that I have nothing to put them on.
So in summary. You don't know when the item will arrive. If they will arrive. The communication is shocking and I get the feeling that they don't care at all....
Going to see my creditcard for a charge back service.

Ordered my goods from Produce Shop and paid in full for 2 reclining swing armchairs.
I had confirmation of order details.
Could not make contact with the supplier in Italy, no telephone number and emails kept bouncing back to me.
Eventually the shipping people DB Schenker, finally informed me that my goods would be delivered the following day for an A.M delivery.
The transport lorry arrived and the driver had 1 parcel on my drive saying, “this is for you!”
I said ok lovely but there should be 2 armchairs.
He replied, “they must have put the 2 chairs in the same box!”.
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. No way would they expect the delivery man to carry 2 armchairs in one box. He went back to the lorry to see if there was another box but there wasn’t.
When I inspected the parcel I noticed that it wasn’t mine.
I told the driver that he’d delivered the wrong item.
I spotted one of my items on a pallet and said “there’s one of my chairs!”.
He said, “I’ll go deliver some stock and return in an hour or so as it’s at the far side”.
That was at 10am .. 14:00hrs, no lorry, no word from anyone so I called the shipping Dept who informed me that “The Produce Shop” had only shipped 1 of my armchairs.
I told them to forget it and return it to them as I was not accepting half of my order as it would cause problems in the days weeks to follow.
They agreed.
I later emailed Produce Shop to let them know that I was so upset that they took my payment but only sent half of my order.
I was emailed back to be informed that it was DB Schenker who split my order in two because they couldn’t get the 2 chairs on the lorry.
So it was pass the buck really.
Michael at Produce Shop reassured me that the 2 armchairs I ordered were shipped.
He also arranged a full refund.
I did say I wouldn’t shop with Produce Shop again but on reflection it wasn’t their fault it was the shipping company.

Ordered a lovely outdoor table and 4 chaIrs which arrived last week. (Nice surprise as tracking didn’t work!)
They are perfect just as described and very well made. Really pleased with them. Unfortunately, one of the chairs was damaged on delivery, but Michael in customer service has been wonderful and provided a friendly and helpful service. Thank you

We have had two deliveries from them for a garden chair. Each time it had to go back as it was damaged by the courier. Produce shop have been very helpful about this and have just issued a full refund rather than risk a third damaged chair!! Excellent customer service.

Update: So, on reflection, and flowing a few emails with customer service who eventually provided a proper tracking number, I'm happy to recommend.
The communication wasn't great initially, but goods arrived after 3 weeks from Italy to UK which I guess is pretty reasonable at the moment. And once I had a tracking code (DB Schenker was shipper) I could follow it on its journey which put the mind at rest.
Quality of item is excellent. Very solid, well made, and significantly (25-30%) cheaper than competitor.
Leaving original review below as I do think they need to work on comms, but hard to be too critical I guess with everything that's going on.
So, I am happy to revise my review as and when (if) things change but right now, it isn't good.
YES, I know there is a global pandemic. YES, I know supply chains are disrupted. YES, I understand things take longer.
None of that excuses the total lack of communication from Produceshopdesign who presumably, and like the rest of us, are working from home and/or at least still managing to trade.
Order place 16th June, confirmation received same day it was being dispatched, then nothing for a week and a half. No tracking info. No updates. Nothing. Generic message about "The Courier is processing the details of your delivery".
Tried to contact Produceshop, no reply. On 27th tracking number is provided which links to BRT (Bartoli / DPD Group). Their website shows 1) Parcel info recevied 2) Parcel received at depo and 3) Parcel dispatched from depo all within a couple of hours on the same day, so probably someone catching up on the keying / scanning.
Since then - nothing. So parcel is presumably in transit somewhere in Northern Italy / France but no indication of where, when it will arrive, or who the courier on the UK end will be.
I don't have an issue with the delay, but I do want to know where it is, what the ETA is and have some sense that someone at the Produceshop cares or knows what is happening. The lack of communication is inexcusable.
BE AWARE. This seller is not for the faint hearted. Probably I will get my goods, but when and in what condition I do not know. Know also (before you purchase) that their Ts&Cs in relation to receipt of damaged goods would not be acceptable in the UK. I suggest you use your credit card to purchase as at least then you have some insurance under section 75 which applies to purchases abroad.
