I buy frequently on this site when I need some furniture and never had a problem. Maybe once the delivery was one or two days late but this was a courier's problem. The company shipped in time and anyway the customer care helped me a lot. Recommended.+++

I asked for the courier to please contact me, but with the tracking I knew exactly where the package was.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Received no invoice or despatch note. Stayed in all day on the day it said when I ordered and never showed up. Could only contact them via email which they took ages to respond and told it was delivered. After numerous emails to say I have not received and no response it turns up a week later after I tried to cancel. Now they are refusing to give a full refund because their courier tried to deliver even though I had tried to cancel. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never use this company again!

Item delayed
I have a mixed review about this company. I will start with the product I received, 4 Italian plastic chairs, which were good value and good quality suitably packaged.
What I am frustrated about is the fact I was promised the product within a few days. In fact it took 3 weeks to arrive from Italy. I did contact them about the delay, only an email was available, but there was no real follow-up or attempt to help me except to say it had been shipped. The company since blames the UK courier, and doesn't feel the delay is down to them.
If this company had spent as much energy dealing with the situation when I needed them as they have since asking me to write a more positive review (which I have) then they would definitely have received 5-stars from me.

I have bought a few things.
I have bought a few things from produce shop design and must say everything i had ordered arrived very quickly. Priced very well against other conpanies.
I did have an issue with a product that did have a manufacturer fault. Although there is not a phone number to raise the issue, the customer service do reply to your emails. And i must dsy have ended up being very good in helping me rectify the problem.
