Having exactly the same troubles trying to contact the company.
Money taken for garden furniture on 01 JUn and no response since.
My order states ‘order waiting reply’. Does anyone know what this means.
I used this site as delivery was only 4 days and wanted furniture for the good weather that has now passed!
I undrestand there maybe delays in the current environment, but commutations would help to put us at ease. That is not a lot to ask for considering they have my £350!

Ordered two chairs on the 22nd May and didn’t receive any confirmation email, however I went on to the website and was able to track my order and see that it had shipped from Italy on 26 May, Today my order arrived out of the blue and the chairs are amazing, great quality and so easy to assemble! If you have ordered then I would say please be patient, the staff are working flat out from home! You will get your order I’m sure! In light of the current situation I think 12 days from Italy is reasonable! I’m delighted and would definitely use again!

Been 5 days and have contacted the site 3 times via the contact us links, money has been taken and paid for express shipping, not had any response, no email receipt, no order number no tracking details, is this a genuine site or should I contact credit card provider for a refund? I see them replying on here but not on their own website? Doesn’t seem right to me!

I ordered a table and 4 matching chairs, the table was easy to assemble and was delivered quickly. The chairs are wonderful too. One came with slight damage and I emailed the company and it was resolved very quickly. The staff are understanding and a wonderful customer service received. I would suggest checking packaging on arrival as stated in the email sent prior to the delivery coming. Many thanks to Mano & Mano for my fabulous patio set ☺️

We ordered an above ground swimming pool but did not check the dimensions accurately. Once we contacted produce shop design they did everything in their power to recall the order. They kept in touch with us by email throughout. Obviously the Covid 19 crisis made it all very difficult for them to contact their carriers, but well done to them for excellent customer service above and beyond our expectations. We received our refund in full and cannot praise their efforts highly enough.
We would definitely recommend them as an honest, ethical and customer focussed business.
Thank you produceshopdesign for all your efforts in the face of adversity.

I ordered the Corsica Sun Umbrella from the Produce Shop and it was left on my doorstep by the courier , when I opened it I discovered that both sections of the umbrella were badly damaged. (looked as though it had been crushed in transit) I went into the Contact page on Produceshop website where it allowed me to report my damaged product . I sent a polite message explaining the situation and attached photos to support my complaint.
Within a few days I received an apology from this company and they promptly explained that they would be sending another Umbrella out immediately.
True to their word I have this morning received my replacement umbrella in perfect condition.
I would like to thank the Produce shop for doing their very best at a most difficult time during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Basically I wanted to put a bad note a few days ago because I hadn't received my tracking and no information about it. But since the end of the lockdown it seems that things have resumed their course and I finally received my tracking and the delivery, as I was warned by the staff, who were also in home work, that a delay beyond their control was to be expected. Thank you guys for your transparency and for the pool well arrived by now. For that reason I give you 5 stars with pleasure.

I ordered a pool on the 11th April and still no delivery - payment made on the 11th also.
I understand that the current situation makes these things a little slower but it is the lack of communication that I find frustrating.
I had email on the 13th April saying they have given the package to the courier - I then got tracking details from ProduceShop another 10 days later with tracking info - the package has not updated on the tracking since 22nd April and just says "Departed Milano Sud" - it has then never been updated or arrived anywhere it would seem.
Reading these reviews it is clear that this company are having problems, which may be justifiable but please improve communication!!!
I am hoping this post will prompt a response to be honest. If I end up needing a refund I am then extremely worried that won't happen!
Based on my experience so far I would have to say avoid this seller.

What a bunch of Scammers, if you cant deliver, why take orders, no phone number no response to emails, thank god I payed by credit card which I'm now cancelling, avoid like COVID, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!! Or you'll regret it ! 😷✌
Just checked their address on Google earth, totally different building, it could be a old photo, but I doubt they've added a whole floor, no signs or company names, have reported to trading standards, will update, hi all a month late pool arrived ! Instead of contacting me the company tried to remove my review, so anyway have cancelled card payment, and wish to return pool, But am totally unable to get website to start return, it comes up with error code ! So yet again being left in the lurch by this company ! Are you sure you want to buy from them !!! Hi all, now I'm told by shop design that my return is denied 😤 apparently I took to long to make return request, even though their site came up with a fault stopping the return. So again think about buying elsewhere, as this company is so full of crap, it could burst from the seams. All the best will up date every week now ✌well thanks for responding a year late ! I ordered a pouffee/bed. The delivery date given at time of order did not happen. Stayed in all day. I emailed them and it took a week before I got a response. They said that due to pandemic delivery was delayed (then why not say that on website instead of promising delivery on a certain day). They said their carriers were a company called BRT, it arrived via UPS two weeks later. The pouffee/sofa is of great design but it is just like laying on a piece of hardwood, and is too narrow to lay on let alone turnover. I've tried to put in a return for a refund on this and the form is just non coherent. It asks for 7 photos of all the packages and there was only one. It gives an error message if you say the product was used. All I have done is to take it out of the packaging and tried laying on it but nothing more. There isn't a phone number anywhere to call.
Disappointed with customer service as I can't return the product. Think before you buy from this company, make sure you are happy with what you buy because it's a nightmare to return and don't expect any response from customer service.
