Trustpilot has a fantastic customer service. They followed up with an enquiry I had by giving advice and then emailing me to check that my problem was solved. This is the second time that they have helped me out in this way.

I had to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro in order to install Microsoft defender across the business. At first the product key didnt work, but Product Key responded very quickly with a step by step process on what i needed to do to fix this, which actually worked first time. Will definitely use again.

Productkey24 exceeded my expectations. I had purchased a product which failed to install and as a result was offered another better option. This I installed with no trouble except an issue came up with activation. I used the phone call back system and a technician was able to remotely fix the problem. Very impressed with all my interactions with customer service and support.

The price is right for the version I ordered. It was not installed properly, initially. Support is everything to me, coming from a Support Career. These folks responded immediately and got me the info I needed to complete my install. THANKS!

I had amazing service from Daniel and the support team at Productkey 24. incredibly patient with great problem solving skills. They sorted out complex issues of conflicting software. i trust this organisation wholeheartedly.

I had an initial hiccup to start with as I can't located the office apps being installed on my laptop (silly me right). I contacted the technical support and they were fantastic to sort out for me remotely. Thanks so much for saving my day.

Scam. They sell pirated software. You do not own anything provided to you from this site.

Argued with them in emails for a while about getting a refund. Had to log a visa dispute in order to get my money back.

Needed Microsoft Word and initially I was cautious but price great and purchase went smoothly and efficiently. Had no problem downloading and installing. Very happy with product and have no hesitation in purchasing from this company in future.

I wanted a new license key for my windows 10 pro. I visited various websites, watched many videos and found most of websites selling fraud keys. I engaged with these guys, to be honest I was a bit rude to all of them because I pre-conceived that just like others they must be a scam too. Long story short, I bought the key, and there was some issue. That was fuel to the fire, I talked to there agent(Daniel Parker) and told him like this is what i was expecting , you guys are scam bla bla. He was calm, told me to check few things, nothing worked, and he asked me if he could access my PC, I gave him Anydesk access, and he solved the problem in 5 minutes. I don't know what happens in future, but guys this is my story with them so far, and so far they have been awesome, great response, no rudeness at all, and great service!!!

I was cautious at first because I had not heard of this site before and the price seemed way to cheap to be real. I decided to give it a go as I needed a copy of word and this was the cheapest I could find by a large amount. Quick turn around on product key and got what I had ordered. Would recommend to family and friends.

Make purchase. Follow email links they send. I was having issues as i made typo of email i registered with and did not receive installation links and guidelines email until i contacted customer support. I know the hours might be inconvenient as im in Sydney and had to message them 1am in the morning. However i enabled them to get access to my computer via team viewer and they helped me activate account, they helped every click of the way. Thank you Vanessa for the help and guidance. Im no bot and i would hate for someone to lose money. especially as i paid $400. So my review is honest and true. Things worked out for me and i hope they work out for you. God Bless.
