Initially, I wanted to buy Microsoft office student version 2021 however when i activated the software it became the Microsoft Office Professional 2021. I purchased it at 109 AUD, compared to student version at 199 AUD or professional version at 639 AUD on the official website. For the time being there is no problem at all, i have not encounters any issues so far.
Should i say this is actually a huge success when i got a big deal like this one? However, as a student i use Word and Power Point the most, at best i might need to use Excel. The other extra bundles meant useless things for me.

I purchased Windows 10 from Productkey24 in Jan 2021. The program failed to install as it was not suitable for my Chromebook. I notified Productkey24 of the problem and they sent me out a declaration form to complete. I did so and returned the declaration form via email. I was then offered a refund which did not arrive. I have contacted Productkey every 4 to 6 weeks since Jan 2021 and they assure me that the refund dept are processing my refund. A further complaint in May 2021 led to them sending me another declaration form which I dutifully completed and emailed back to them. I am still waiting for my refund in July 2021. The delay tactics of this company are unbelievable. I will never purchase anything from them again and I recommend that if you're thinking of making a purchase from them DONT.

I bought a product key. Was having problems. Customer service and it support helped me all the way. Problem is resolved thanks to their help.

My word suddenly stopped working and required a new key product. When I required help a new key was sent but again failed to activate word. I thought I had made a mistake purchasing a cheaper version of word. The help line however was fantastic. We tried a few things even remote control proved difficult. The problem was solved with a new version of word at no cost to me. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased MS Publisher, Would not load, contacted the Company who tried to fix the problem to no avail and had to reschedule the appointment. Made contact with Daniel from Australia who persevered until the problem was resolved.
The cost to the Company far exceeded the cost of the software and I am extremely grateful for his expertise and diligence.

I was a little impatient in waiting for my product key, but once that came through, it was plain sailing and everything installed correctly with little/no fuss, The Agent that helped me was patient and able to assist when required.

Purchased software which wouldn't activate. Tried contacting the company by phone, left a message and never received any response. Sent a message via the website and never received any response. Sent an email and again received no response. Then I found chat online one day and spoke with FABIAN he had the issue sorted in a very short time. What a whiz.

Fabian sorted out my Product Key issue without any fuss. Product licensed quickly.

I ordered Office 2007 but inadvertantly they sent me 2010 instead (because 2007 was out of stock). I contacted Fabian and he sorted it out and gave me a link to download again and a new product key. It downloaded and worked fine.

I bought publisher and it won't download. Contact them asking for help, the help is vague and not helpful at all. Still don't have publisher on my computer and they won't provide a refund. Total scam
