I am very happy with my purchase. There were some problems with the installation of the software and I wrote to the Help&Support Service. They replied immediately and were very helpful. Everything works perfectly now.

We purchased Publisher for my Windows 10 lap top (which has office personal 365 on it) - the publisher supplied will not work on my computer we were told to uninstall my office 365 install supplied publisher then uninstall publisher and reinstall my office 365 each time I needed to use publisher _ Honestly you got to be kidding. Productkey24 have said they will supply a publisher to work on my lap top over 1 month ago. Sick of emailing getting no reply - we are waiting till end of business today then we will start proceedings with our bank to get our money back

I totally agree this company is a scam. I had problems the moment I went onto the site and my computer was infiltrated by many PUPS. The payment for the Excel 2019 product came out of my account in about 5 seconds and then I notified them and said I didn't want the product and wanted a refund. They sent me a Declaration of Honor to verify I hadn't downloaded the product (which I didn't) and promised a refund of $79.99. Two months later I'm still waiting for the refund and keep getting fobbed off with emails saying it's the bank processes which are causing the delay for the refund. Don't touch this company...they are not in Australia either as their site seems to indicate...

Excellent and prompt service. Sofie very efficient and knowledgeable. I had problems loading and adding a programme but Sofie logged into my computer remotely and quickly reinstalled and made it work. Very happy now. A big thank you to Sofie and company for your knowledge, help, promptness. Would definitely recommend you.

Happy with end result - more info about activation process would be good, but response to query was rapid and effective. Still wondering about user accounts which don't seem to be in place - despite provision of login details and password. Thanks Tony Bates for your help.

Got some problem when activating the license key, the staff Edward helped fixed the issue very quickly, Kudos!

Will try their other product for the future.

They are trustful and they answer emails quickly. At the beginning I could not access their webpage (and thought they were some kind of a scam) but they fixed it quickly.

Major problems caused by having a 79 year old trying do do something best left to a teenager. Fortunately I contacted Tony Bates who assisted me over some hours to solve the problems, most probably caused by me. I tried unsuccessfully to install Word. I contacted the online help and was immediately connected to Daniel. Being the most untechnical person on the planet (with an old computer) I didnt fancy his chances much. Well! He navigated me step by step as to what I had to install to actually get the product to install. He is absolutely brilliant and had this sorted in no time! I'm so incredibly impressed by his speed and knowledge and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Productkey24 - What Service!!! Give Daniel a payrise!!

I recently purchased software from product key24 and was having difficulties installing the software. I contacted their technical support and they were able to solve the issue via a remote access session.
