I was reluctant to purchase from Productkey24 because their prices were much less than any others around.
I am so glad I did, the product was exactly as they stated and it activated without any issue.
The customer service team were very helpful with both emails and a phone call with a product upgrade I needed.
I will highly recommend Productkey24 to anyone wanting the products they offer.

Bought Office 2019. Purchase process was seamless. Didn't install smoothly so off I went to customer service. They very efficiently sorted it out via a couple email exchanges.

Will purchase again.

Thank you Haylie for all of your assistance with supplying the license key and software for a 2010 Outlook version install so it would run with a 2007 Exchange Server. I was worried when initially only supplied a 2016 version and key but everything was done to help supply and install the 2010 outlook. I will be buying more licenses in future after this great service.

Very happy now with Microsoft Office 2010 Standard.
Because I am in Australia, obtaining the product key took a little more time than usual, but once I contacted the support team via email and we worked through it, there were no problems. Great team and great result. Thank you Haylie Conner! I would definitely use Productkey24 again.

Very happy with the Office Home & Student 2019 key I bought. It arrived in my email immediately after purchase. Had a hiccup with the activation but was swiftly resolved by the support team via email. Highly recommend trying these guys out if you're in need of those MS keys.

Ordered a Windows 10 key which was delivered right away but failed to activate. Sent an email requesting a new key or refund and within a few days had a new key sent and that activated without issue. it would of been an easy 5 star rating if the first key worked

Excellent support service. I bought Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2010 and received my key but couldn't down load the program, contacted Productkey 24 and dealt with Daniel in technical and Daniel fixed my problem within minutes and was able to do the down and all is working well.

Was skeptical at first, had a chat with Daniel, a very helpful, made a purchase and was activated up and running in less than 30 minutes.
Purchased Windows 10 Pro.
Highly recomended.

Experienced a bit of an issue with the installation of Microsoft Publisher but the technical team resolved it

Productkey24 appear to be selling volume licenses, but to end users, which is likely how they can sell these products so cheap.

As such, there can be some limitation or hurdles in getting the license keys working, but with a little patience they helped me out via email, to get these issues resolved.

I purchased a Windows 10 Enterprise license, which needed a specific Windows 10 installer (my installer official MS CD image did not accept the license, however thankfully my Lenovo laptop Windows 10 installation did).

I also purchased an MS Office 2019 Home and Student license, which needed their support to get installed.

So from my perspective, you take the good with the bad. The good price can come with some minor initial hurdles, to get licensed, but they help to resolve that and in the end you get what you wanted.

I had to contact the provider on chat because I could not activate my copy of Word 2013. My download did not accept the license key. The help I received was excellent. The problem was not with Productkey24 but with microsoft trying to get me to purchase Office 365. Daniel help me sort it out and was specific, polite and I am entirely satisfied.

They're untrustworthy. I'm sure they do part legitimate service and part fraud because there are some great reviews and bad. However, from my experience, I've fallen into the bad which is very unfortunate, because just like everyone else, I need my money's worth.

I received a product code for a Microsoft Home & Business and after activating it, the product code shown on my Mircosoft online account was different. They even pointed it out but couldn't help me further? Asked me to contact their email, but not once did they get back to me. Their NUMBER does not work! Dodgy much! Therefore, I believe it was a used product code hence it didn't work.

Even after telling them I need my money back, they did not respond at all. I feel like their service is a hit or miss because it's not entirely legitimate, so if you receive a "miss" like me, they won't really care about you. But if it worked, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to you help you because it's going to work. Lol.

I wouldn't risk it, so opt elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money.

Just finished a remote invervention with a very helpful young man called Eric. I was struggling to download the Microsoft Office software I had purchased and he was extremely patient and helpful. Thanks again Eric.

great service. Problem install solved quickly. very pleased. Note I have a poor internet connection. Downloading the main MS Office file took 5 hours. anyway it seems to fully function thanks to Eric

My PC crashed a couple of years ago and my local nice guy got it going again ... but I had lost MS Publisher.
I have lots of old .pub files so I have been wondering what to do. I'm the wrong side of 70! A google search led me to Productkey24 ... and tentatively I began my chat with Daniel. He was fantastic and patiently led me through the process of downloading the software.
This took a while because my internet was playing up. He stuck with me over an hour until all was good.
