Returns service like pulling teeth
Since purchasing a scooter for Xmas we have been trying to contact the company to return it as it is unwanted.
We can’t find a phone number anywhere & are getting no replies to the several emails & contact forms filled out.
Customer service works for both sales & returns, they should be equally as efficient & professional as each other.
Very poor service, I implore them to get in touch asap before Ombudsman are contacted.
UPDATE 1.0 (26.1.23): Nobody has been in touch regards returning the scooter & we have no way to contact the company. AVOID
UPDATE 2.0 (mid Feb): took £20 for a postage label to be sent & scooter has been delivered back to them, tracked via DPD. Refund due soon after they have the scooter back.
UPDATE 3.0 (5.3.24): Still no sign of the elusive refund, comma after chasing three times that their ‘system is current down’ and the refund will be processed shortly. This looks to be heading toward the Ombudsman route…

Lost scooter and ignored by company
I bought a scooter for my son for Christmas last year, the scooter became faulty after 5 months. I contacted the company and we arranged a return via parcelforce, I paid pro electric scooters £20 for the postage, they sent me the shipping label. A week after shipping it back to them I emailed them to see if they had received my scooter, they confirmed it hadn’t arrived yet. Two weeks later they informed me that the parcel was lost and offered me either a replacement or a refund, the replacement model was a refurbished scooter which was not as good as the one I originally purchased. My son decided he didn’t want that one so I opted for a refund. After I requested a refund I got no response from them at all, after 5 ignored emails I received a response that they were awaiting approval from management in August. Now 4 months from the last correspondence and still no response, no refund and no scooter.
I contacted parcel force and they confirmed they had lost the scooter but I couldn’t make a claim as I wasn’t the one who directly purchased the shipping label. I emailed Pro-electric scooters about this and again, was ignored. Parcel force couldn’t confirm if a claim had been taken out so it’s possible that they were paid out for the scooter and my son is left without one 7 months later. Yet they email me Black Friday offers…
I’ve noticed a trend on reviews for this company whereby they are non responsive to emails and parcels seem to get lost.

Repair bill nearly as much as what the item cost. Customer service lack of - when I asked what return postage options were, I was told - buy the return label and I will give you instructions. I wanted options. Phoned DPD and they said they could pick up but firm said I had to drop off which was stressful as big parcel thus refused twice by 2 stores. Will not be handing over anymore cash to this company.

Scooter arrived and is in good working order. Packaged well. My son has been using it and the mud guard fell off quite early on. It’s quite fast to charge and he gets good use out of a charge.
UPDATE: I was asked to write a review by the company for an Amazon voucher which they never sent or responded to the email they asked I send. I would be careful with this company as they must be a little dishonest and in need of good reviews.

Well built scooter and good value for money. The scooter arrived when it said it would. My son loves it. I had one problem with it. As it was past the warranty I couldn’t get a replacement. However, I returned the scooter. Then sorted the problem and it’s now as good as new. Would buy again.
Terrible customer service and faulty product
I bought a scooter from this site, after the first week the scooter had a puncture which I appreciate is just one of those things but then a few days later the brakes stopped working. When I contacted the company they told me I had to box the scooter back up and post it back which was not feasible as I no longer had the box and Ideally needed a quicker fix as used the scooter to travel to work. In the end (after several calls
To find someone who could repair) I managed to get the brakes repaired locally at my own expense. I was told by Halfords that the break pads were worn, which is disgraceful as we’d only had the scooter 2 weeks!! Really poor service and quality of product but for the hassle of trying to send back to repair have now had to pay over £65 to fix it.the scooter cost £550 so really didn’t expect these immediate costs

I’ve only had my scooter a month it was…
I’ve only had my scooter a month it was working in mint condition and all of a sudden it does not turn on I’ve just spent £500 for something to last a month and and I cannot get to work properly I’m disappointed and would like some sort of resolution towards this. The scooter is great but it’s put me at a liability and had a loss in trust with the capability of the scooter. And sending it back will be a myth.
You lot have responded to this but what is happening I’ve sent you like 4 emails am I getting a new scooter or refund just no communication at all within the past 72 hours

The charger didn't work upon delivery
The charger didn't work upon delivery. I contacted them and they said they'd send a new one and it woud take two working days, maximum. After days of patiently waiting, I contacted them again only to be informed that the charger hadn't been sent yet but was assured it would arrive the following day. It didn't. In total, the charger arrived eight days after the scooter. On the plus side, the scooter is enormous fun.
