Great company delivery came well before delivery date and scooter for boy he loves it

Great scooter. I ordered my scooter and had no issues with delivery. I have had the X7 for a few months now and has been very reliable, using it to commute daily.

My 11 year old son saved to buy the TX85 scooter from here, only lasted about 2 months before it broke. We had to have it repaired somewhere near to us, we were shown it was a faulty motor & board on the scooter, not worth the money & we nearly paid to get parts from them, so glad we never. Another company who take pride in their work repaired the scooter but we had to pay to have this done. My son paid £300 & the scooter only lasted approx. 2 months. So I would stay clear also shop around look into where you buy a scooter from 1st. Had the cheek to say the warranty would be void as we were getting it repaired somewhere else, think they forgot they had sold us a faulty scooter motor & board gubbed after 2 months!!!!!

The scooter is just what a 13y old needs not to fast and very easy to control all round Comfortable and very nice to look at 9/10

Bought for my daughter for her birthday, great scooter, she loves it, the only down side is the tyres don't last very long, the puncture quickly and its a mess about getting the wheel off to change the inner tube

Brilliant scooter. The bolt that holds handlebars in place unfortunately broke however a replacement was shipped very quickly after a couple of quick emails. Very easy to deal with.

Build quality is excellent. Came with a spare wheel and was easy to set up. Charges quickly. Feels robust and stable.

Absolutely awful company and even worse customer service. Scooter lasted a month before stem snapped and battery life died and only lasted 30 mins. Warranty only covers returs up to a month so have to pay to return Scooter and will only repair under warranty if they decide it was a manufacturing fault which they never do because they have your money and Scooter so you have to pay if you want your Scooter back. Avoid at all costs Absolutely awful company.
Pointless replying for me to contact you when you don't reply to emails I've sent. You are not interested in resolving anything so that is hundreds of pounds down the drain.

My e-scooter has changed my life, I struggle mobilising at times due to fibromyalgia, the scooter really helps save me a lot of pain. Very happy with my purchase.

This scooter is a fun & well thought out bit of kit. The App is essential & provides a number of useful tools including an electronic alarm! I'm new to any kind of scooter (age 69!) and the only challenge I found is that you must always keep both hands on the handlebar! Very jiggly on bumpy roads if you wish to indicate right! Range and speed seem good to me. Can be set to Max 18 MPH flat out guess about 15 miles range. I'm heavy - about 14 stone/89 kg. It sort of slows down as the battery dies which gives you a chance to reduce speed and save the battery.

My son saved up his paper round money to be able to buy this scooter he did alot of research on various models beforehand. The ordering was quick and easy, and the delivery was extremely prompt with regular updates. Overall my son and I are very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Please Avoid this Company , I bought scooter for my son last June , faulty scooter sent to us I have contacted them and they said send it back to us and will fix it , my son said he wanted refund as he paid for new scooter not for repaired one . they said we not going to refund your money . I refused to take the scooter . they still have the scooter and never refund the money . £500 takes my son over a year to save . we sent tons of emails but still refusing to refund Now I am in middle of legal action

Great process for ordering, I was kept up to date with the delivery etc.
My son absolutely loves his scooter, he’s never off it.

I would definitely recommend the product & company.
