I have not had a problem with this company. My scooter steering column came loose and they collected the scooter under warranty and fixed it and returned it without any fuss. Very good

Scooter brilliant quality

Bought this scooter and it works well but the only downsides are the breaks started to loose their grip quite quickly and when going uphill it now needs a bit of a rest before it was quickly moving but now it’s gave up a little but it’s a handy scooter for small jobs that you need to do the range on the scooter is quite good and the battery performance it has downgraded a bit but not massively (I bought the TX85)

Had for a month and had to get rid because of a faulty motor

My 13 year old loves his scooter but it does break easily as 1 of the side bits has completely snapped off only brought in September

Purchased the X10 scooter around 6 months ago and has been a sound means of transport for work since, I weigh 68kg, wear a rucksack, travel around 4-5 miles at the max speed setting with lights on easily on one full charge. Great to have the interchanging battery, I brought a spare battery one to get to work and one to get back, 4.1 miles each way and always have 1 or 2 bar left. Can remove battery, lock up scooter knowing if someone did steal it, they won't get far with no battery.
Solid build, had a little accident which snapped the front mudguard and few scratches but the frame and wheels all unaffected.
Main negative points I find are the rear break is not the best, locks up too much, tends to just skid and I'm always readjusting it as it's gone soft. Rubber end of the bike stand came off too easily, lost it within first few weeks. Rear light is a bit dim. Overall solid scooter, does what it says and at the moment the batteries have stayed consistent. Recommended scooter for work commute and getting around locally.

A pure scooter is the best on the market for quality and price. I visited a store to buy mine and was given brilliant, honest advice.

It's a safe and easy ride, looks so classy and most of the Scooters I see are also " pure" give them a go. You will not be disappointed!

Received the scooter within a couple of days of ordering. All packaged good nothing wrong with the service and a good price and a deal with a spare battery.
