I am sorry to hear about your order. Reviewing your order, I do see that everything was processed through and shipped quickly. All shipments are also due to arrive within the 3-5 business day transit time (excluding the weekend). Once the item is handed over to the shipping company (UPS in this case), it is taken into their care and their workers. Though we always ship with the best possible shipping methods and times, delays can occur within their facilities from time to time. These can be for a variety of reason and unfortunately, we have no control over these situations. However, reviewing the tracking again, it does show that it is back on track and should be delivered on 8/11. Do also note that all packages are covered under warranty and insurance against lost, stolen, or damaged products as well. We understand the frustration that delivery companies can cause. We do everything we can to avoid them as much as possible and provide the fastest possible times for our customers. Rest assured that this is not the norm and we will continue to provide the fastest possible delivery times as other reviews note.

H&R springs
I was very pleased to receive my package in a timely manner as I live in Canada and it was here in about one week ,nice.The springs appear to be of a top notch product and I can't wait to get them installed When the time comes that I need other products I'll be looking here first and not wasting my time here in Ontario.Just as a note for fellow Canadians looking to buy here I was quoted $272:00 per spring at the stealership,I got four springs to my door for about $120:00 per spring with a one inch lift.and what look like a far superior spring.Thank you Pro Import tuners for the great service.

Great customer service!
They called me to make sure my first purchase with them was legitimate. Protects them from fraud, buy also helped gain my trust. They shipped quickly and even answered an email question of mine outside of normal business hours.
