super easy, and great price!

I ordered an Elite projector screen and a projector bulb for my Optoma projector. Both items we're delivered very quickly and I was sent personalized email updates from Projector Superstore staff. I was a little skeptical at first on getting a genuine replacement bulb, but the projector bulb I ordered came directly from Optoma in Fremont in original packaging. (I have received other replacement bulbs before from third party resellers that didn't quite work) The screen was shipped separately and showed up a day later in excellent condition.

Responsiveness and ship out time was great. However, you might check with other shippers. FedEx was supposed to deliver my projector in 2 days. I would have had it on Friday and could have had it installed for Sunday Services. instead they lost it in Memphis and I didn't get it until Monday after calling starting Friday to find it. Never have had a problem with UPS.

I needed a remote, received a quote promptly, placed the order, and the actual OEM remote came within a couple days. I was provided emails every step of the way. The customer service one of the best I have seen.
