Our Dashboard Cover is designed specifically for your vehicle model and should not cause any damage if installed and removed following our provided instructions. We’ve served thousands of customers with this product without reports of damage when the correct procedures are followed.

As for the return process, our policy is publicly available on our website and clearly states:
“Please keep in mind, that we don’t cover the return shipping costs. (…) Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. A full refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.”
We understand international shipping can be costly, which is why we always encourage customers to review the policy before initiating a return.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was placed 25 calendar days ago, which equals 18 business days as of today (April 7). The shipping method you selected at checkout clearly states an estimated delivery window of 12–24 business days after processing, which means your order is still well within the promised timeframe.

We also sent you a tracking link, which shows an estimated delivery date of tomorrow, April 8th. If faster shipping was desired, an express option was available at checkout for only $3.99, with delivery within 10 days.

Please note that nothing has gone wrong with your order — it’s progressing exactly as expected based on the shipping method you chose.

We’d appreciate your help in keeping information accurate, as misleading claims can cause confusion for others.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was fulfilled on March 11, which equals 20 business days as of today (April 7). The shipping method you selected at checkout clearly states an estimated delivery window of 12–24 business days after processing, which means your order is still well within the promised timeframe.

Additionally, we’d like to clarify that your claim that the order “never shipped” is not accurate. Your order was shipped and a tracking link was provided to you, which currently shows an estimated delivery date of tomorrow, April 8.

Please note that once an order has been processed and is in transit, we are unable to cancel it or issue a refund until it is delivered and returned, in accordance with our policy.

If faster shipping was needed, there was a faster option available at checkout for only $3.99 with delivery within 10 days.

We kindly ask that customers avoid posting misleading information, as it may cause confusion for others. Your order is progressing exactly as expected, and we hope it arrives very soon and meets your expectations.
