Shipment to the Netherlands

Was looking for a product being sold out in the Netherlands and did send Pro Marine Store an e-mail to give it a try and see whether I could buy what I needed overseas. Got a reply in 15 minutes and as Pro Marine staff was just planning a crossing by sailboat to Holland I picked up the products in Amsterdam. What a flexibility and service! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Whats App response to my queries…

The Whats App response to my queries was fast, helped and ensured I bought the right products for what I needed. The products look great and when identified a periphery item which had been damaged in transit, they immediately agreed to send out another one.

Hi Catherine, I'm so sorry your item didnt arrive the next day, i can assure you we sent it on overnight courier service, and so the fact that they didn't deliver in the timeframe we booked (and paid for) is very frustrating for all involved. We endeavour to do our very best with items that are needed next day, and typically they do work out, but very occasionally, we are let down by a part of the process out of our control.

Poor delivery experience

Despite ordering for next day delivery (an option on the website) I was informed that the usual courier could not undertake delivery but that they would arrange for following day with another. That failed to materialise. I chased by phone 2 days later only to be told there was a misunderstanding. I cancelled the order as it was time critical

We have had to deal with an unexpected delivery nightmare that couldn't have come at a worse time! We were promised a service that they couldn't deliver on and so sorry again for this. Superb unbeatable customer service

I found the WhatsApp link very easy to use and I received a very quick response. Ben answered all my questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The ordering process was straight forward and I was also given links to follow. I was extremely pleased that the delivery arrived the following day. I would highly recommend Pro Marine Store based on my own personal experience. Thanks for providing me with an absolutely superb and unbeatable service.

Late delivery

The item arrived in two packages on consecutive days and Pro Marine cheerfully refunded my delivery charge. Otherwise, it's as I ordered and in good condition.

Hi Chris, so sorry for this frustrating situation. On looking into this, we have spoken to the courier to see what happened and it turns out there was a significant fire that broke out at the distribution centre where your items transited through- it has been on the news. This caused knock on effects for many customers in that their work was delayed for the best part of a day. This is the reason the two items got separated. Now that you have had this let down with the courier service you paid extra for, we would be more than happy to refund the cost to you as a way of apology. We will refund back onto the card you originally paid with, it will be with you shortly. Otherwise, we hope you have a great season on the water with the new motor
