Brilliant experience buying remotely from Promenade recently. Stephen was really helpful in answering all my questions up front, did a lovely set up on the guitar, which was promptly and carefully shipped. Would choose to come to you again over anywhere else for the great service. (Boyfriend is very happy with the Godin!)

Excellent service from this company, enquired about Yamaha piano on Thursday night, e-mail response early Friday morning. Ordered at 10am Friday, Shipped by midday Friday and delivered to Buckinghamshire Monday morning. Could not ask for speedier service.
Very happy with Yamaha Clarinova 735, easy to assemble out of box and sounds great.

I went up to Promenade Music to try out their Content Compact 224 and Viscount Cantorum Duo keyboards. Dave allowed me to play with both instruments for as long as I wanted and was extremely helpful and friendly. It was great service with no pressure at all. I was very pleased and ended up buying a Cantorum Duo from them.

It was an absolute pleasure to visit Promenade Music.
I work in London Theatres and I can very warmly say that this store in Morecambe, is stunning.
The range of musical instruments is superb.
David the owner is exceptionally kind and very knowledgeable, as are all his staff.
I give it 10/10 and very highly recommend it.

I can't recommend Promenade Music enough. I purchased an amp as a present for my wife and the service was totally professional and friendly. As it turns out I bought the wrong amp! My fault. No problem they said. The following day I received the correct replacement. Their service is exceptional in a world where customer service is in decline. Thanks guys!

I really don't think they could have been more helpful if they tried, bought my Rickenbacker 4003SW from them and an amp, they kept me updated on progress and items arrived on the button, totally delighted with the service I got and will use again in the future, thanks lads for making it a painless experience and a shear delight to do business with them.

After much searching on the internet, I managed to track down a synth that every other music store had on pre-order. A quick phone call confirmed it was in stock and the order was placed. Great communication, with David ringing back to advise the box was scuffed (not an issue), and prompt next day delivery. Excellent service all round and thoroughly recommended. Now to check out their guitar selection....!

I’ve been going to Promenade Music for the past 25 years. The staff have always been a great help and can’t do enough for you. I will always use them as my primary store as they give the best deals and I feel that as I am loyal to them, they look after me as a valued customer.

Shocking service.
Website on Monday said keyboard I wanted was in stock but it wasn't, having apparently been sold "over the weekend". Website on Wednesday still says product is in stock.
David took all day to ring back on availability, although i was travelling and couldn't take the call. I rang back 10 mins later but he was not around, and he has not bothered replying to my messages since.
If you can avoid dealing with this company, please do and save yourself wasted hours and disappointment.
