I couldn’t be happier with my order! The plug plants of carrots and sprouts arrived in absolutely perfect condition — carefully packed, secure, and with not a single leaf or root out of place. The quality is outstanding; every plug was brimming with healthy, vibrant growth and strong roots ready to get going in the soil and they even delayed the delivery until i returned from holidays. You can tell real care and expertise went into both growing and packing them. I’ve planted them straight out of the box, and they already look like they’ve settled in beautifully. Truly top-tier plants from a seller who knows exactly how to deliver excellence! Highly recommended.

The plants were well packed, with clear instructions on how to handle them. They are robust as well.

Best looking strong and healthy looking vegetable plugs I have ever purchased. Also the best packaged ones I have ever had. They were planted in my high planter within half an hour of delivery.

Plants arrived remarkably healthy which is surprising as they had been tipped out of their pots and were floating about in the wood shavings

Quick delivery from despatch and well packaged. I will communication could be slightly better however, every response I did got was very professional and helpful. 100% would recommend and use again.

After waiting several weeks part of my order arrived, I have to say I was very happy with the quality of the plants, I received no communication to say why part of the order wasn't there so I emailed the seller who responded quickly telling me that the other plants hadn't grown so weren't available, I asked for a refund for the missing plants but explained I was not happy as I wouldn't have paid the amount for delivery had I known I wasn't going to receive everything. I pointed out that they could have even offered my an alternative option.

The order for celeriac seedlings should
Never have been accepted at the time it was unless they were already growing at that time - which it is clear they weren’t. The seedlings despatched at the time of year have no chance of growing into mature plants so it was just money down the drain. I do not agree with the response from propagation place to similar feedback that there is enough time for the celeriac to grow. Also the note suggesting that they could be grown as “multi modules” is incorrect at this stage in the season as they need space for the roots to grow. So even if they weren’t such pathetic specimens they would still have been damaged if I had tried to seperate into individual seedlings
I should really have known better than to order from them when I noticed they were selling carrot seedlings - these should never be transplanted

I wish I’d given the money to a homeless person that this rip off organisation.

Plants were delivered outside stated time and were dead on arrival. A refund has been requested but no reply. Very poor customer service

The plants were totally dry on the collection date which itself was far too late in the year for celeriac. Despite a good soaking, half the plants failed. I won't be using this site again.

The plants were ready as per the email. They were all in great condition and thriving now in my garden.

The quality of the plants was fantastic. In fact, the best I've had. The packaging was effective and allowed for the plants to stay in them in water in the greenhouse for two days until I was ready to plant them out. Only reason I'm not able to give 5 stars is that I would have liked to have received them a couple of weeks earlier in the season. Will use again.
