My son successfully applied for the sponsorship and was delighted to receive a 40% discount deal. In hindsight, I think that anyone who applies receives the discount and products are marked up accordingly to allow for this! He bought a new helmet, pads and gloves, all of which have been fine. He then used the sponsorship and his birthday money to buy a top of the range bat theoretically worth £395.
He got the bat end of July so, after knocking in, it was middle of August and basically nearly the end of the season before it was used. He was really pleased with it and had a successful end to the season.
Come around to winter nets in January and the bat split. We contacted Prophecy who, after much chasing, said that the bat was out of the 3 month warranty. I think 3 months is ridiculously short, particularly as most of the time was out of season. After further lengthy conversations Prophecy offered a free repair.
It was quite obvious to us that the bat was irreparable but we thought we would follow the process. As expected the bat broke again on its first use. At this point prophecy stopped responding.
The customer service has been shocking ever since a problem occurred. I accept that problems occur and at the end of the day a cricket bat is a natural product which may have inherent faults but they haven't dealt with it at all well.
Theoretically the sponsorship was to encourage word of mouth promotion but obviously we have nothing good to say!

Great service, dealt with a particular problem swiftly and effectively with no fuss. Bat came back looking like new. Highly recommend.

Grate value for money and highly recommend the keeping bundle as not like big brand they take time inter there products so they livery good brand

The sponsorship scheme has been really helpful in making things more affordable. The pads, gloves etc are of a decent standard. And then there is the bat. Wow. The bat is superb. We opted for the Omen. Came a touch heavier than requested but pick up is so good it isn’t noticed. And the ball absolutely flies off it. Best bat we have had. Highly recommended this company.

Brilliant gear bat looks and sounds quality

My son gained sponsorship through Prophecy, who had sponsored our overseas pro a few seasons ago.

We ordered a new bat, pads, gloves and bag and t shirt.

The bat is fantastic. Great quality willow and performs to a high standard. The ping is far better than any previously owned shop bought bats. As for the new Bushido stickers they look amazing. They have received many admiring glances from within our club and the opposition.

The other equipment is well made and to a high quality. The gloves look particularly striking.

Overall could not have been happier with Prophecy Cricket. The equipment and the service are top notch. Our whole cricket playing family will be swapping to the Prophecy brand!

It came within 3 days of ordering, extremely well packaged, high quality and will definitely be buying again.
