Very strange when they ask for 7000 euros before I can see any deals, they push me to pay otherwise it will go up to 10000 next years if I do not pay now... very scammy.

My experience with Pro Hero has been very disappointing. They make a lot of promises at first, but in the end, nothing turns out as they describe. The information they provide is not transparent, and it seems their main interest is collecting the commission rather than truly caring about the client. I felt deceived and do not recommend their services.

Twice now I've been booked for a strategy session with Joshua and 1st time he cancelled and didn't get back to me for another session. Second time I enquire again 2 months down the track and he never showed for our session. No response and it's a been terrible waste of my time! Don't bother.

I want to share my experience with PropHero. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the service I received. When I hired their services, I was not informed that they only focus on investments in working class neighborhoods and outside Valencia. My intention was to buy in Valencia city, where I made it very clear from the beginning, and I was promised that they had access to a super database, but it was not true. I hope this comment will help other people not to lose their money, and not to trust this company.

Would not recommend - prices are competitive, but pay a bit more and go elsewhere. At least they won't keep lying to you.

PropHero started off great - as they all do, but because they weren't pushy and I was really sold on the app "processing millions of data points" and being the one-stop shop for ongoing property management, I decided to go ahead.

As usual, it all went downhill from there. The Contract they provided had no dollar figures on it, which which is where I should've stopped dealing with them. If you can't get step 1 right, then there's no way you're competent enough to do the rest. How can you not get something so simple, right?

I had specifically outlined my goals and plans and the sales agent, Vineet, had me convinced that they could achieve these. Made my first payment and as soon as I had my first meeting with my Account Manager, Luisa, she told me that PropHero would not be able to find me properties in my price range, which was a complete shock.

Vineet also definitively told me that the PropHero fee would be fully tax deductible in the current FY, as he had bought a property through PropHero as well and was intending to the same thing with his taxes. Turns out that he was factually incorrect. Appreciate that we need to get our own financial advice, but in that case, PropHero sales agents should refrain from providing false advice altogether.

Moving on to purchasing - my Property Advisor, Arnab, was extremely lazy on occasion. He literally refused to undertake the services that PropHero were literally signed up for in their Contract and I had to point this out to him. He also disappeared completely at one point and even though we had a WhatsApp group, he said he had accidentally called the wrong "Aditya", which was the most illiterate thing I've ever heard. The Account Manager also never cared to inform me that he was on leave because she was unaware herself. Great team!

Post purchase - app didn't do anything it was designed to do. I kept having to provide feedback and they kept saying it was working, even though it wasn't. Took weeks to resolve initial issues and then more issues came out and every time I told them of another issue, they would push through another update, as if the clients are their test bunnies and they've undertaken no internal testing of their own.

David, CPTO, is one of the few that responded promptly on most occasions (regarding the app side of things), came up with genuine issue resolutions and worked to resolve items amicably.

Suvidh, CEO, responded but was far from helpful. He just came in to make more excuses for his team and the pattern of shrugging off any responsibility continued, and became evident that it's clearly taught from top down.

I was sold on their platform and AI data. Initial sales girl was lovely and won me over. They were cheaper and less pushy than dashdot for what looked like similar software. Prophero told me that they used more data inputs than dashdot. All sounded good. I signed up. Was sent some interesting properties and offered on some but didn’t get them. (Got out bid) think my buyers agent was fed up with me taking so long and was just sending me anything. I would still be spending most evenings scouring realestate.com and sending her properties that I had found and she would then add them to my app. She became as pushy as a typical sales agent. The viewing videos got briefer and briefer. I offered and signed on a property at the buyers agent recommendation. It failed building and pest on many levels (things that should have been picked up on a visual inspection; if I had viewed it in person I would never have proceeded to offering). I pulled out after having spent over $1000 on conveyancing and building and pest.
Buyers agent then ghosted me and I never heard from her or Prophero again. Total waste of money.
Have now resorted to buying local so that I can actually view it myself. I can get flood maps off council website. Google maps shows main roads and busy areas and easy enough to establish noise corridors and fire risk. Local agencies give suburb data.
I did like their app but their service was poor and I’m several thousand dollars poorer with no property to show for it.

We bought a property about 18 months ago and are about to get a second one.
We cannot say how professional the Prophero Team has been so far. They are always quick, responsive, and their answers always make us feel comfortable. They knew we wanted to wait, so they did not push us. Now they are all ready to get things rolling as we are ready. Thank you all. What a fantastic solid business you have built!

Great experience with the whole PropHero team. Stephane and Lori were always very helpful and on top of things, providing good advice when needed. Even when we encounter unexpected issues, they were very fast reacting and finding more options. Thank you guys!

I like the communication style of the team. Everyone was fast replying and getting any information that I needed.

I didn't really like being pushed to buy certain properties. I felt like "let me buy this one so I don't have to deal with this".
I was also a bit confused what was their job in all this because they made their sales and were there for support but anything I needed during my process I had to ask. They didn't take the lead on anything. Not that is bad but seems like a high cost for what you get.

In terms of improvement the app is a big one, it was very slow and I had to close multiple times because often would get stuck on a page.

As the property required a minor reno , she helped us secure it at a lower price point than the comparable properties. Hopefully this goes up in value soon, considering the growth in the area.

I bought 2 properties from PropHero and I am seriously considering buying more!
PropHero does an amazing job: they take care of everything! They found the properties with the highest possible yield (net yield more than 8%!), they totally renewed the apartements which look awsome now, they found tenants and they handle all the property management. Full service and very friendly people!
