PropHero was very clear on which areas they select and why, and time has proven that the suburbs where we have invested have indeed performed extremely well (one suburb where we invested has since been in the top 1% fastest growing suburbs in the entire country since we bought!!!)

They also take care of the entire process, finding the property, negotiating the price, organising the Build & Pest inspection, managing converyancers, etc. and they have discounts on most services via partnerships (we used their partners for conveyancing and property management).

Our property coach was also very friendly during the entire process, taking the time to explain things to us.

They have got a good team of people and will work closely with their clients from finance through to acquisition. Their fees are reasonable and a flexible payment plan can be fulfilled. Diligent and thorough when reviewing a property that meet their criteria and ticks the boxes and sound investment 😀.

Also they guided us during the process and put is in contact with brokers, specialist and other relevant parties involved in the transaction.

The customer services was impeccable and made the process very easy for us demonstrating that they were always there to clarify any question or resolve any issues.

For a non-australian, first-time property investor, looking to get into the property market in Australia, I was getting overwhelmed by finding the right property, and navigating the entire Australian home purchase process. With a very demanding full-time job, juggling all the moving parts, finding and coordinating all the parties involved, analysing the market, inspecting properties and big number of other things was just simply impossible.
This is where the PropHero team came in and said, "don't worry, we'll tell you where the best properties in the market are for your budget and investment preferences, we'll inspect them for you, put down offers and negotiate pricing in your name and, on top of that, we'll put you in touch with the best top-performing service providers and property managers in the country that will make the whole process a breeze!"

The best compliment I can give to how hassle-free they made the entire process and how trustworthy and professional the team is that PropHero found an ideal property for me weeks before an overseas trip to Europe I had planned for a long time. We decided to go for it anyway and, essentially, the whole purchasing and settlement process happened while I was in Europe. Not only I returned to Australia as a property owner, but also the property manager recommended by PropHero found tenants for me just after 1 week of settlement.
Can't recommend them enough if you are looking to get your first property, are overwhelmed with all the property market news in the media, are a bit lost with so many moving pieces happening in order to find and buy a property and, on top of that, you have a full-time job.
