Absolutely TOP service, communication logical and clear. Already used 2nd time. 1st was new boiler installation, 2nd boiler yearly servicing. I wish all companies had this level of professionalism and customer service.

Proton engineering services are one of the best companies I have dealt with. Rafal is highly professional, diligent, knowledgeable and has fantastic customer service. Other larger boiler companies would not have been as dedicated to our need of a new boiler, new location and upgrade of radiators from the original 1970 installation. He always consulted with us, never took anything for granted and ensured we were happy every step of the way. I highly recommend. Thank you again Rafal.

I had a leak on my outside tap and Rafal came and investigated and got to the source of the issue quickly. He was very professional and kept me updated on what he was doing. Had a new combi boiler fitted. Rafael was very helpful in choosing the right boiler. He went the extra mile to complete the work in one day, so we were not left without heating. Very efficient, friendly and no mess left behind. Very happy and would highly recommend him

Raf came and installed a new radiator in my conservatory and did a fantastic job, all the pipework was clean and tidy and stayed longer than expected to make sure all radiators were fully working.

Very punctual, reliable and explained everything very clearly. Installed a replacement combi boiler for us. The work was carried out efficiently, to a high standard and at a competitive price. Thoroughly recommended.

Rafal responded to our request quickly and clearly. He did a great job with removing our 2 gas fireplaces and left them both tidier than when he arrived!

He was also super helpful in giving us advice on some other work we need doing and will be booking him in for them in the new year.
