Again, they were on time. The product I ordered was exactly as described, and Provident has some of the best customer service in the industry.

lost in the mail VERY poor service

I ordered on December 29 Today is the 15 of january. I called 5 days ago, Lost in the mail. Called today the 15th still lost in the mail. Now they say i need to wait 30 days for there insurance to kick in and then wait again. They will not re-issue, they were awair of the issue on the 2ed of January.
this was the first and last time i will order from Provident.
there has been NO followup from them as of yet.

They get it right the first time

All I can say is, I've never had to deal with Provident Metals customer service because they get it right the first time and get it to your door. Everything is discreet (packaging does not indicate a PM shipment). I'll continue to buy from these guys.

My order of 10 Not so random silver eagles

Guess if I had not called and checked on my order it would be still sitting in your shipping dept. When I receive it not so random. lol 5 2015 and 5 2014 silver eagles .
Thanks to Clayton Muir I did finally received my order.

High quality... Ease of use!

This company has an easy to use website that instills confidence when purchasing. They also have very quick shipping and huge variety of bullion to choose from. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying silver or gold.
