The extra cost for using a credit card seems higher than most. Your shipping cost for a single round is very high, almost to the point where it’s not worth it to do business. If I want to buy one piece or two pieces the shipping cost is too high.

Not everyone can pay cash. Your prices even for your clearance rounds are five to eight dollars above spot.

I have ordered from Provident several times now. I am currently very satisfied with each and every order. I will continue to order from Provident because of the excellent service and prices.

I find Provident slow to clear CC or PayPal and package to ship. But once the order is shipped it comes quickly and is in good order and excellent condition.

Don't expect fast service when selling metals back to Provident. I have been purchasing metals from them since 2013. 2 weeks in a row when selling metal back to them I get a voice mailbox. I called customer service and they can't get anyone and have to walk over to get someone to call me back. Not what I would expect from Provident.
