I inadvertently cancelled my direct debit and requested it be set back up, the email I received was of no help to me, I could make no sense of it and got myself stressed worrying about the effect it would have on my credit if not resolved.corrected now.

I have had no complaints at all and every time I call customer services there really helpful , if I get another car on finance I would %100 stay with you guys :)

I did not like receiving a default payment letter when the garage had actually settled the agreement in full! Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Amazing customer service from Arjay (?) in the insurance renewals/leads department.

Renewing insurance is not particularly exciting but he was a genuine delight to speak to.

The financial paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently with no problems. The interest rates are reasonable and the liaison of account information very well documented and informed timeously

Very poor communication after we settled our balance early. Took another payment from us which was not communicated during an earlier conversation. Took a few phone calls to resolve and also had issues between yourselves and Peugeot insurance with regards to your departments not speaking to each other and providing relevant documentation which cause inconvenience for us.
