Where to start? This company are APPALLING. My business partner and I want to end our partnership and to do so she needs to take her name off the agreement for our Citroen van and I need to add another guarantor… fairly simple you’d imagine? Not at all… every single person we’ve had the misfortune to deal with at PSA has given different advice. At the beginning of this shambles in September we were told to add another guarantor who has to also be a director, this we did, they were turned down along with the SECOND person I put forward… we’ve just been told today? We can’t add a new guarantor and also? I Can’t buy the van outright as we’ve got to pay an early settlement fee and hand the van back so they can sell it at auction! How does that make any sense when we’re offering to pay the market value even though we should just be able to add a new guarantor? What an absolute joke of a company who seem to want my small business which I’m working hard to keep going (and incidentally is doing really well) to go to the wall. I have never received such slack customer service and I cannot believe how unhelpful they’ve been. I would NEVER recommend this company and the stress they have caused has been unbelievable.
If anyone has any advice I’d love to hear it especially if that took the form of an ACTUAL person from PSA making an ACTUAL call to me!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Awful company. Happily take your money for years, then when you have a problem refuse to work on a suitable solution. DO NOT HAVE ANY CORROSION on your wheels, they charge £65 for even the smallest piece, they Peugeot wheels are very poor quality and corrode in the first few years so make a warranty claim before you return the car. They WILL NOT treat you well when you explain the issue
Take money from account - and lie
This company, sad to say, is full of liars. I had already paid for my settlement in full (despite the fact the amount is disputed). Then they take the same amount of money from my bank and when I contact them say "we will pay you back in 10 days, and we don't care if you run up overdraft fees" (word for word in the chat). I had already spoken to them and said I would pay online - they assured me they wouldn't take the direct debit. Absolute liars. If only I could give zero stars.

Absolutely dismal customer service. Trying to sort out an outstanding payment. Either poor line or get cut off. Today again when trying to clarify outstanding payment issue, having conversation, agent puts me on hold to verify with another department and in process again get cut off. Ring back and message comes up they are closed. So annoying! Also they answer email correspondence with calls until its too late to sort out the issue. I'm in meetings all day , haven't got time to waste and mess around.
Beware of Robins and Day and PSA
I was foolish enough to believe the adverts from Robins and Day, saying that to reserve a vehicle for viewing for £99 was simple. The advert then says that if you do not wish to proceed with buying the vehicle your £99 reservation fee will be returned in 3/5 working days. The truth of the matter is that they took my £99 in seconds, however getting it back was another matter. Firstly, PSA did not answer any emails, secondly the Robins and Day garage in West London did not answer the phone. I spent nearly a whole day trying to chase my money. The Robins and Day hub in Coventry called me to say that they could not support my claim for my own money, and I had to deal with PSA finance direct. A lot occurred during my efforts to retrieve my own money involving me losing my cool and threatening them with legal action. I requested a refund on 11/10/22, it did not show on my statement until 20/10/22. When I tried to query this with Robins and Day customer service, I was told this is normal. We take your money in seconds and make you wait for your own money back when we feel like returning it. I was treated with no respect whatever, it was obvious that because i had changed my mind about the car purchase i was no longer important to them. Please take my advice and steer clear from these people. Don't just take my word for it look at all the other reviews.
Took £2,800 out of my bank
I paid off my settlement fee using the payment system on the sight. I checked my bank account yesterday to find that the company took the payment again. I am now £2000 overdrawn. I am trying to get a refund but all I have received is an automated responses saying they will read my email in 3 days and the refund could take 10. I have been up all night worried as I’m not sure how I’m going to pay my bills and put food on the table during that 10 day period. I feel as though I’m being punished for a mistake made by the company. I would avoid this company and I would advise that the online early payment system is avoided too as they just take your money anyway.

I was looking to make a lump payment to reduce my direct debit. All nice and easy got the quote and paid through the requested method with all required reference codes.
Move on 40 days .. I get an email which makes government bureaucracy look like plain .English so I send back a reply .. but looks like a PSA mess up.
They had despite it being all done in good time not processed the payment. Shoddy so far but not awful so sit tight.
Tried to get an answer used chat but too complex for them so called.. usual pants 25-30 min lost life to get a person. Did it then put on hold and then after 8 min line opens chattering noise I say hello and they drop the line.
Another 25-30 min lost.. sorted but frankly they are very very unprofessional. They try to use poor English to not admit an error and frankly if you need customer service there just really poor.
Awful company - avoid!
Absolutely awful company who are shamelessly profiteering. Leased a van through a 3rd party. The van was immaculate on return and in the same condition as when its was leased but they 'inspected' it and demanded £500. When I queried it and said I would pay in instalments they sent letters threatening debt collectors etc. Seriously, avoid at all costs!

Absolutely Horrific, completely had over by a so called payment break for covid its now added another 6/7 months to my agreement. Took a week and a half to respond to a voluntary termination (which was made after 2.5years + 3 months for the payment break) to then tell me i had another 6-7 months before i was at my 50% point (way more than 3 months break)
I feel its absolutely disgusting this company has profited from a national crisis and this shouldnt be allowed

We only used PSA as Peugeot UK use them for car leasing finance.
They are basically dishonest and unbelievably difficult to deal with.
It would take too long to explain all the underhand tactics they use to extort money from you but just to say we had to take them to the Financial Ombudsman Service to fight to recover an inspection fee they kept trying to charge us (after we cancelled the inspection appointment correctly). We won that case but it took a lot of time / effort on our part.
The current battle is that they are now trying to charge us £400 for 2 x parking fines AFTER WE HAD RETURNED THE VEHICLE.
I CANNOT URGE YOU ENOUGH TO AVOID THIS COMPANY
I cannot believe Peugeot use them. I wont lease Peugeot again if PSA are involved.

Terrible company don’t touch them!!!! They had me in a 16 month contract when I signed a 36 month contract with Kia so they don’t match admitted an error on their part, claimed I didn’t pay for 5 months but when I sent proof they admitted they was wrong. To add insult to injury the staff are rude horrible and aggressive and then to put the cherry on the cake even after months of proving each payment has always been made they tried to take my car of the drive for non payment. I am currently going through the financial conduct authority and proceeding with taking them to court. Do not waste your time your money or your energy with this company

AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY..
What a joke of a company. Purchased a vehicle through this finance company a few months back and have so many problems with the car so turned to these for help and advise. All I received was attitude from Christian, shouting at me, telling me that basically it's my problem not theirs. So I am stuck with a car that's not roadworthy and get the pleasure of paying £10,000 for the privilege. I have taken this to the financial ombudsman so hopefully they can help.

The Sales Executive was thorough, caring, professional, patient and knowledgeable and it was a total pleasure to deal with him. The after sales experience from him was also great when we had a couple of things we needed clarification on. Cannot recommend him enough.
