This company are awful
This company are awful, avoid them at all costs! They use a bullying, hounding and scaremongering approach. They text, email and send letters continuously when your contract ends even when you have paid all fees due! They cause nothing but misery and unhappiness to all their customers! They even tried to charge me £250 for the cars MOT being late when the garages weren’t even open because of covid and I couldn’t get it booked in for months!

Sold our car and the garage paid PAS…
Sold our car and the garage paid PAS finance. They kept the money and did not pay it off the account. Only when we eventually got hold of them did they clear the finance. All the time they kept demanding the monthly payment even though they had the money in their bank. Do not touch this company
Direct Debit Guarentee Rules
Have broken Direct Debit Guarentee Regs, by taking money out of our business account - end of lease for admin fees going back as far a December 21 - Feb 22.
Chap on the phone thought that their (PSA) terms and conditions allowed them to do this, which is correct if the admin fee was taken on time, but not correct if it is outside of the DD timeframe for collection after you have notified your client (us) of a) the amount due and b) when you intend to take it. You cannot treat your clients accounts like a money pit and just dip in when you want to irrespective of a contract - which is totally void as the DD rules and conditions supercede PSA's contract. DD rules are there to protect customers not to satisfy vendors. Spoke to my Bankers today who verified that PSA actions where incorrect and an Indemnity Claim would be 100% valid to reclaim what they have took without prior notification.

Awful paperwork/
I have signed the paperwork at the dealers, I do not want to do anything online and I do not want an online account, this is ridicules. Every time I put an answer in it comes back saying incorrect. The answers I put in were correct OMG this is crazy. Well I have had enough.
Please do not ask me any more stupid questions. I have signed the agreement at the car dealers, who I may add were exceptional. So, you know who I am as you had my bank statements, what else do you want.
I would also like to add, that I was with Close Brothers for 3 years where I never missed a payment and neither was I asked to have an on line account. My payments are made for me every month. No-one takes into account how we as OAP's feel about all this unsecure on-line business with putting in passwords which make no sense, certainly to me. I find the whole thing upsetting, frustrating and frankly barmy. All this so called paperless nonsense is only good for the business concerned and not for the sane sensible OAP's. Why doesn't anyone think about the customer, you know the ones who keep you all in a job, why not try asking what we want instead of just taking us all for granted. I was in the service industry for 40 years and my first priority was always the customers problems, concerns and ideas, I never once took them for granted. Now I know you will not take any notice because no-one does. So to end, all I will say is I pay my bills as requested and on time. So what on earth has an on-line account got to do with anything?? Oh and one more thing from time to time my computer goes down which is frustrating enough, but then my printer also plays up. I'm certain that it's not the only one that at times refuses to work. So to me it makes common sense to ring up and sort any problems we may have to the company concerned, and speak to a real person rather than a machine so as to sort any financial problems if any that may incur in the future. I need to lay down now on a soft bed, because my brain has given up.

Absolutely disgusting service from a finance company. You part own my car as I have outstanding finance on it with you. My case handler hasn't even apologies for not responding to my complaint within YOUR 8 week timescale. Why set out a timescale response time when you can't even keep to it. I finally had a reply after 11 weeks and the response when copied and pasted wasn't even tailored to my case. An apology would of been nice!!!!! Level 3 Peugeot customer service are now trying to resolve the issues. I have reported you the FCA and Finance Ombudsman and I don't understand how you are still trading. I have slated you on social media too as I know how companies these days rely on social media. The stresses and time set in my own time chasing my case is time I won't get back. Spending hours on hold in my works time as I work is time I won't get back Where's my compensation for that. Dont use COVID as an excuse either 😡😡😡

If only there was less than 1 star. I tried to purchase my vehicle at the end of my pcp contract with them (contract originally signed up 4 years ago through the citroen garage), I kept getting repeated calls for inspection and collection of my vehicle but when trying to contact psa (through the form on their website which is the only option available) I get an automated reply that I will hear from them in 3 days - 6 weeks and 4 forms and a 35minute phone call later and no, I did not ever hear from them let alone 3 days later. Ended up having to go through manheim the inspection company to actually get hold of psa to confirm the purchase at end of contract process. Terrible company AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company should be avoided at all costs. They do not communicate, they do not help, they do not listen and then they lie.
I have had a complaint open for 6 weeks and for the entire time I have had no vehicle. The vehicle has been deemed unsafe by the manufacturer so why do the finance company have the authority to override this?
I know the response time is 8 weeks but how can it be possible after dealership, manufacturer and independent investigations have all taken place that they still 'have no update'.
If you want your sanity, don't even entertain taking finance out with this company,
