Terrible, avoid them at all costs
Terrible, terrible, terrible at the end of the lease the car checker claimed that 2 tyres unevenly worn and they have sent a demand, with a threat of a formal default notice, for the sum of £383 - had a service and MOT the week before the car was collected at the end of contract and the tyres were fine on both checks, to make matters worse I paid an additional sum every month for tyre maintenance so could have had them changed if the MOT or service had shown anything up - it feels like I am being robbed
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Terrible customer service - never reply to any comms and couldn't be any further from the words "customer centric" . AVOID AVOID AVOID.
EDIT: I have sent an email to the address below, with the title as Trust Pilot and got an auto email back saying you were "We are unable to process your request without further information." and directing me to your site. Email number 7....rejected.

I can't vouch for the other reviews left here but after dealing with their customer service team in order to alter my finance plan, I never had any issue. They were courteous on the phone and did what I needed them to do.

PSA finance added a charge to my account due to a failed transaction which they claim was caused by insufficient funds. However I had enough funds in my account to pay. When contacted they refuse to refund the charge.

Approached this company to try and get past car finance copies of information to help with my emissions claim against Peugeot.. As I didn’t keep the details from when I bought the car in 2011. When I furst phoned they said they had the information but wouldn’t release it as I didn’t keep the agreement number.. I said I could offer them all ID, but they keep refusing.. I called the ICO office who told me to email them again asking for a subject access request, they be emailed back saying no again.. ICO said they are breaking the law withholding my information. This is the worst company ever complete imbeciles stay clear at all costs they can’t be trusted…
Do not use this company!!
I bought my car through this finance company over 2 years ago, I decided to sell the car as I wanted to downsize, got a settlement figure sold the car and paid off the settlement figure.
They are now chasing me for a months payment as they presumed I was going to make another payment. Even though I had sold the car so why would I make a payment on a car I no longer own?! They didn’t state this in my settlement figure that another month just be paid. I’m currently dealing with somebody called Jed but yet I get daily emails from you asking to contact you?? I am in contact with you. Very rude customer service.

PSA changed the date & amount of a direct debit without informing me, so basically they have broken the direct debit guarantee. Avoid this company at all costs.

Handed back a just add fuel car second year ,cancelled insurance ect, they still pester for money I don't owe, texts, letters, threats in phone calls, still getting them even after they agree I don't owe ,don't be desperate enough to use psa, shop around they are awfull ,even after accepting they are wrong,I should sue for falsely harassing me really,,how many others have they done this to who unwisely just paid, and are still paying cash not owed,,,we would like to know,,,,,,
Do not buy through PSA
I arranged to have my car collected and subsequently inspected. I had about 9 months to go but had paid over half and more of my payments. The car was worth less than the settlement figure so had to go. Inspection takes place and I do not agree with the £600 estimated repair cost. So get email from PSA saying pay up. I said did not agree with with fee or inspection, really they are trying to claw back the depreciation. Was asked to review inspection on-line but here is the best bit, the original inspection prior to my purchase was on instead of the latest. Just one example of poor inspection I will mention is a small scratch on drivers side footplate area. At first inspection it was noted and deemed not to repair as was minimal. The scratch remained until the latest inspection and now needed repair at a cost of £145! I sent all this and more back to them. Keep getting pestered by text and email but I am waiting on their "Findings" before I take it further. Poor company to deal with.
I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could.
I handed back my car in January 2021.i had paid my final installment. When the inspector from manheim came I disagreed with his report. He showed me he had noted this and sent me a copy to my email. Radio silence from PSA for a month. Then I get a notification that what I owe is exactly what the inspector found. How strange because I disagreed with this charge?! I called them and they referred me to customer accounts for review. In the meantime I was getting daily texts and emails telling me I owed varying amounts, from 2900 to 4200. Worrying really because I had handed the car back. The charges I disputed were reduced, I kmow I owe for damage and mileage so I emailed PSA and asked for a final figure because I was worried about the messages saying I owed over £2000. I got a reply saying the returns team would get back to me. A month later still no response. Then I get a letter saying I I being referred to a debt management company. But wait for it. FOR the money left on the balance of the account!!! Not the damage and mileage charges. Again more stress !! I called them and they found a figure quite quickly, stating their system had not updated. But the figure is Still more than I kmow I owe. I emailed back to no response at all. This is stuff that could go on my credit file. I could end up with debt collectors at my house and they don't care. The amount of worry this has caused is ridiculous. They aren't quick to respond yet If they want money they're on you like you wouldn't believe. Absolutely shocking. I looked after my car and paid my monthly installments every month without fail yet I'm treated like crap. At this point I should have burnt the car I would have been better off. Thanks for nothing PSA finance
DO NOT TRUST!
DO NOT TRUST!! Bought a car with my dad being guarantor my circumstances at the time being somewhat different. My dad died months before the contract ended end of March 2020. I called them giving them all my information and followed it up with his death certificate and again the contact information in an email. They would allow me to pay my next installment only due 10 April 2020.
Came home from work to find a debt collector had called at my house. I called and explained to the collector who said something didn't add up. Furious is an understatement! Called PSA to find they claim they sent me several letters which didn't arrive including a recorded signed for. I asked when this was etc. They could give me no information. They now claim the settlement figure is 300 pounds more than it was in February last year despite having made two payments to account before not accepting funds from me May onwards.
Since I hadn't heard from them I understood my dad solicitor appointed for his estate was or had paid the debt off.
Shambles and the embarrassment and distress caused is shocking!
Refusal to honour service plan...
Have a service plan with this company... (Do they represent Peugeot as a brand because if so will never buy one again!). The car was booked in and due for its service under the plan just at the start of the first lockdown (26th March 2020). I was contacted by the Peugeot garage and told that as it was the car's first MOT and in light of the lockdown the MOT could be extended and the service delayed. We agreed and the service was cancelled. As it turned out, the extension only applied to cars whose MOT was after 30th March 2020 and the car was registered on 29th March! In the meantime the service at the dealership closed due to lockdown and as the car was needed (critical worker in the pandemic) had to arrange MOT and service with independent garage that was open. Peugeot finance confirmed by email that the service that had been paid for under the plan could be taken at any point up to 28th March 2021. Car booked in and serviced on 26th March 2021 and they have refused to pay up! The Peugeot garage can't believe their response - we are left considering our options!
Update 30th April - finally have agreed to pay, but it took some arguing - too much to post. Happy with final outcome, unhappy with having had the issue in the first place and the speed of response.
Cash grab company
Cash grab company. At end of three year lease expected brand new van back, charges for smallest scratch or even smallest of dent inside the loading door frame. Tried to charge 3 months extra hire because ‘they’ didn’t arrange collection, then ignored COVID lockdown law to send two guys out on non essential trip in ‘one’ car to collect, disgusting when people were dying.
Nightmare to get hold of to discuss even when they booked a timed and dated call they didn’t make it and wasted my time. Previous occasion after account said they put me through waited 20 minutes to be disconnected. Bombarded with text and indirect emails wanting me to log into account to read.
Vile company do not be drawn in to use them.
so disrespectful and rude keep well…
so disrespectful and rude keep well away always ask that you are not being financed by these as they are all patronising rude people who will not help you whats so ever, so if you want that special car try and get a different finance company to back it. Mainly Peugeot and DS user

I blame myself for being fooled by “the nice man on the phone” and entering into a contract with PSA finance.
Their customer service is difficult to communicate with in that you might as well be talking to a robot. The people on the phone will just tell you the same thing over and over and will not deviate from their script.
There is no flexibility whatsoever in the contract, so make sure you really read that you are agreeing to and do not take the salesman word for anything.
They try to sound like they are trying to listen, they say a few nice words but then remind you that YOU agreed to this. They will not accept ANY discussion or information to the contrary.
I will certainly never use this company or enter this sort of agreement again.
I will have to chalk this one up to an expensive lesson!
PSA Free2Move - don't move
Used Free2move lease - PSA to lease a van for our company. I'm usually a happy customer and wouldn't feel the need to write a negative review. I'm more likely to write a positive one. In this case though, I feel the need to share that I wouldn't ever use this company again. Customer service is terrible. It takes weeks/months to have something processed if it's a customer request plus lots of chasing. But if there is a fee to be paid the request is quick to arrive and with a very short timescale on payment. Having an email to say 'Thank you for confirming that you are satisfied with our response to your complaint. We now consider your complaint to be resolved' is simply not true - at no point had we confirmed we are satisfied. We are most certainly not satisfied! There are so many conditions and loopholes that its easy to to fall foul. I would think twice if you are considering using this company.
DO NOT USE, THEY REFUSE TO HONOUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Took payment holiday for 6 months due to risk of redundancy, after six months due to working from home wanted to decrease mileage to 2000 a year PSA confirmed this was fine sent me documents to sign saving me £160 and ensuring I kept my job by taking a pay cut due to the savings made, PSA then collected full amount and now refuse to honour the document I have signed I have logged a complaint I am living off my overdraft for first time in my life due to psa refusing to honour a legal document which both myself and they signed
Customer service non-existent.
Customer service non-existent.
Contacted them by email took over a week to receive a response which didn't actually answer my question. Asked the same question again and over three weeks later still no reply. Certainly wouldn't deal with them again.
