Shockingly Bad

Having not been able to work through any of the lockdowns, i had to take payment holidays, but the interest PSA charge is shocking. Absolutely no use talking to PSA about it as they dont care about their customers. The irony is when you ring PSA they are shut because of the lockdown & working from home. Not all of us can do that.... Also i came across this on the internet:

In determining whether a 3 month payment deferral is obviously not in customers’ interests, firms should consider both customers’ need for immediate temporary support and the longer-term effects of a payment deferral on the customer’s situation, in particular the customer’s ability to repay any accrued interest once the payment deferral ends, and over what period. The interest rate and remaining term will be among the relevant considerations. For example, a payment deferral would obviously not be in customers’ interests if it would give the firms’ customers a greater overall debt burden compared to other solutions (that might involve reduced or waived interest for example) that could equally meet customers’ needs and that debt burden would be clearly unsustainable.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with, I do not know how they can think it’s acceptable to train their staff to speak to people so rudely on the phone.I don’t know what phone calls they use for training purposes but I think they all need retraining on customer service.

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.
Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't buy a car with Peugeot. Just add fuel again because they use this finance company. All is well until the deal comes to an end then your problems start.

Wouldn't recommend PSA as a finance for…

Wouldn't recommend PSA as a finance for your car. They are useless when it comes to customer service and take money out your bank when you put the 3 month payment break on it. The whole point of putting the payment break on is cause I couldn't afford it after losing my job and they take it out anyway. This has happened to me twice now. And takes over 10 days to get the refund back. Theyre just money money money and no customer service what so ever. Id go else where if I was anyone else. Ill never go with these ever again.

DESERVE BETTER REVIEWS.. 5 STAR

Cant understand the poor reviews . Just finished finance on my 3rd car with PSA and never had a problem with them. Always been there if i needed them and have just written off my final payment for being a " Good Customer" . When was the last time a company did that with out being asked..

PSA Finance means Devastating Consequences

PSA deliberately avoid engaging with customer complaints. They linger complaints on and on as long as possible without actions so the end of the contract is nearer. No compassion or understanding and a severe deliberate lack of communication. I’ve had experience of contract hire from numerous companies over the years.... but dealing with PSA has had devastating consequences.

Psa finance are the worst company in the whole world WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone there customer service is REALLY REALLY POOR there complaints team is also REALLY POOR I have raised a complaint via an email which has just been pushed to one side they haven't answered or dealt with any of the points I have raised in my email they CAN NOT BE BOTHERED THEY DONT HELP WITH ANY FINANCIAL HELP OR SUPPORT TO ANY OF THERE CUSTOMERS WORST WORST REGRACFUL REALLY SHOCKING BAD COMPLANY

PSA FINANCE ARE A DISGRACE
I took out payment holiday due to the pandemic in the first wave
When we came out of lock down I paid the fees that had to be paid for having the payment break which was £413 I was told over the phone that now I’ve paid that amount my payments will be as normal from now.
Then... I get told that no that was wrong and my payments have gone up because interest had been added for the foreseeable future of my agreement which is rubbish as the previous lady told me they are going back to normal I have now refused to pay any more money and they can come and collect their car.
I’m a young girl suffering with anxiety and depression and now some days I struggle to get out of bed because of their action also trying to get over covid 19 in the process of this all!
All they have done is cause unnecessary stress and upset when someone quite clearly stated on the phone that my payments are back to normal. I’m trying to save for a mortgage and now my credit score has been squashed and wiped out by this horrendous company.
There is no compassion on understanding just rudeness and lack of communication.
I will be putting in a compensation claim due to the stress and anxiety they have caused on my mental health.
PLEASE DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Appalling company

Appalling company, promise to call back, never do. Promise to solve problems, never do. They have caused me worry, sleepless nights, and have taken 5 months to 'help' me with a faulty car, still nothing, in fact they have made my situation much worse. The worst company to deal with ever! Dishonest and uncaring

Fraudulent charges, ignoring the law

Just a really bad, scamming company. I paid the end of my contract settlement and I noticed they were still scheduling to take the amount out again. I called and they said this was sorted and my account was closed. This obviously didn't happen and they tried to charge me nearly 5k twice. When I called they said there was nothing they could do about this. I asked for them to delete all of my information as i wanted no further dealings with them and was told they can hold my details for 7 years. This is completely against the law as customers have the right to request marketing information and the right to be forgotten. Part of the reason I even want this is because I do not trust them to have any access to my bank details and feel the need to tell them that any further transactions they try I have not consented to and will be fraudulent. This is how terrible and untrustworthy they are. Terrible customer service, they are slow at getting back to you and have shady, borderline illegal tactics. I submitted a request for my details to be deleted a month ago and have not heard back. I am considering taking legal action just to make sure I am safe from them.

Well where do I start

Well where do I start. Been a customer of this company for quite sometime now and I must say the service gets worse and worse with each letter or phone call. I have unfortunately been involved in an accident and due to their incompetence of not telling me to send them an email to cancel my service agreement. So I have been paying a service agreement for 24 months for a car I no longer have. I am yet to receive a refund of some description regarding this situation

Avoid

While the entire country is facing big economic disaster and lockdowns, and many companies goes up and above to support they customers, PSA has went up and above to crash they customers and profit from them as much as possible during this time. Shouldn't be allowed to operate.

update to my dealings with these…

update to my dealings with these cowboys,payed £299 for cosmetic paint insurance on my car tried too make a claim,and was passed all over this company on the phone,average of forty minutes each time so told them i wanted my money back, after months of being messed about and no repairs carried out,in the end they payed me £120 back so ripped me off £179.

Bought GAP insurance through PSA…

Bought GAP insurance through PSA Finance, never again!!! Takes over 40 minutes every phone call to get through to speak to someone and they ask for something different every time. Just stalling the payment of a claim. Requested my bank details to make payment then it gets passed to another team to be dealt with in "due course". Still waiting for payout from an October claim. Having to use my own cash to buy another car as they haven't paid out the settlement which I would sold in good faith that it would be sorted quickly if I ever have a vehicle written off. Check your insurance policy when you take out GAP insurance, do not use!

Rubbish customer service and scam merchants

Rubbish customer service.
A poorly organised company with an irritating faceless communication barrier.
Adding made up charges past contract and getting debt collection company involved to try and retain false charges whilst hiding behind the small print pretty much sums this company up. They are utter scum! Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!!
