Small parcel posted from Turkey 20th August to UK. Still 'in transit'!!! Not impressed.

I’m trying to locate my package for more than almost 3 weeks
the ptt post office contact number I call them no one answering and you can’t track your package is anyone who live in Antalya he can help me by that please I need a help from anyone

Help I’m trying to locate my package from Turkey. Nearly a month and nothing, tracking hasn’t been updated since 29th august

This is for anyone thinking of sending or receiving package through this Turkish postal company. They are very slow, they must be the worst country to deal with! I’ve sent stuff from UK and it should take 5-7 days to be delivered ! But after 7 /8 days if your lucky it finally clears customs and then you still have to wait 3 or more days before it’s delivered ! And if you waiting for something to be returned from there you could be waiting 1or 2 months. They wait for a month to see if it’s claimed and then if it’s not they then return it! I’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks for something to be returned ! However saying that they are a couple of people that work there , that are helpful! But overall I wouldn’t recommend sending anything in or out of turkey ! It’s a nightmare ! And if your sending something to patient in hospital in ICU , probably best not to! As they may never receive it. I’ve had package gone missing !

Terrible customer service. Several occasions I called chose English only to be answered by a Turkish speaking member of staff. The package was unsuccessfully delivered because I was in work. However, they didn't call leave any kind of message at all. I wouldn't recommend this company

Do not try this postal mesns if you really want to see ur parcle.. They charge so rediculsly and yet are unable to deliver a parcle for nearly 3 weeks.. Ptt is d most useless delivery company in the world 🤔

My orders still pending dispatch not even on the system and been a month not happy 1 bit

I received someone else's package ..it seems it was stolen and came as the same weight as mine but not mine ...it had no label besides one ptt placed on it ...my package was coming from the USA and this one clearly from the contents came from Canada..and also had very cute love notes on hearts etc ..I hope they find the owner ..I will take it back to ptt tomorrow because they were closed today ..I'm so dissatisfied that my package didn't arrive yet I have all this stuff from someone else that I don't want.

Second time ordering even better than the first revived package from turkey to the uk in just 2 weeks!

Been waiting on a parcel for my kids Christmas for a month from Turkey it is absolutely shocking! They should be shut down!!!

Worst postal delivery in the world, absolutely the WORST. Incompetent, dysfunctional, careless, lazy, and arrogant. I bought an item on Etsy and it was shipped on Nov 10th and the package still stuck with PTT. The tracking indicates this pathetic company is still “preparing the package for shipment.” More than a month (and counting) to prepare a package for shipment? What are you preparing? The seller went to ask PTT about the package, and they lied to him, first saying November is a very busy month and later the package is awaiting custom clearance from US (which is not true since US Custom clears packages only when they arrive to the United States). I wish the seller did not use PTT to ship my order. Simply the worst in the entire world. Turkey should be ashamed in having such a horrible postal service.

I have been waiting about 2 weeks for an order I placed, didn't realize it was coming from turkey through some random delivery service! Apparently it's trackable but the app doesn't work in English, can't get anything and the tracking link I found on Google said it had be sent to this country........still waiting though!!!!! (I didn’t write this!!!! I have heard nothing and had. O tracking in Turkish or otherwise! lol)

I have written bad reviews about ptt and they still haven't improved at all They still don't deliver my post from UK to Turkey PTT have a duty to deliver mail simple as that ,Where does all the mail go is it opened and destroyed if that is the case the police need to be informed, This is a very serious matter that PTT have to look into ,although I have put this date I do not get post sent for the last 3 years ,

If there were negative stars I would give it to them. I ordered something from etsy and my ordered was shipped through PTT. It has been a month and the tracking still says (item returned from customs Aug-11). I have a feeling that my item will never arrive and I lost my order. What a scam.

I've sent a package from turkey to Europe 30. June and I have still have not got my parcel! It's almost 3 months now. Any others that have the same issue ?

My package is supposedly at customs for over a month already. Customs doesn't comment on individual packages, but they told me they normally just go straight to the courier (they typically don't hold them themselves), and that if they have any questions the courier should reach out to me. Now I have heard nothing from PTT, but they are also completely impossible to reach proactively. Their website doesn't load, and even when you access it via the internet archive any helpdesk seems only available to Turkish citizens?

Listen packages can get stuck, but why tf do you not offer any sort of customer service ESPECIALLY in situations where we probably need to communicate? Are you just planning to hold it indefinitely or until your company finally reaches the 21st fing century?

Seems like everyone's having the same problem.. their parcel is lost or taking months to arrive to them. This company is terrible when you call them all they say is it's on it's way. They have no idea where it is or when it will arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Still waiting for my parcel. It's been saying it's on it's way to destination country for the last 2 weeks. Rude and incompetent personnel, no envolopes to buy, arbitrary working hours. Ptt is a nightmare.
